That in itself is enough to tell me that he is better than average. 13 in 164 would equate to about 40 in a full season of ABs. That doesn't sound average to me.

Frazier would never hit 40 over a full season. Heisey hit 18 last year in 279 AB's and has 2 this year in 199 AB's. It happens. Frazier is an average hitter on a team filled with other average hitters.

July 1, 201214 yr The only manager in baseball that plays for the tie on the road. Of course you have a bunch of guys that can't get a bunt down even when he wants them to. What happened to all the talk about how Dusty Baker believes in the fundamentals and they work hard on that in spring training? This is a very POOR fundamental team imo.
