Will they have enough to play the games on Friday? Who will be suiting up?

 

I know Turner is missing the CC game due to a funeral but will be there at 7pm. I am not sure who else wont be attending. I would assume the usual suspects.

Saturday:There is a one and out tournament which will begin around 8:30 AM.

Count will be much lower because there is football practice tomorrow night from 6-9 which would eliminate most of those mentioned above.

Yes I am sure they will be good too. Seems like several teams in that who will test each other. Lincoln was reported on here of winning several lopsided games. How good are they supposed to be this coming year? Also Lex. Catholic went undefeated at their place beating several good teams including Trinity although Trinity was missing Hicks & Quick, and I realize Quick may not play this coming year, but either way sounds like Lex Catholic will be strong again, maybe even better than the past few years. I know Scott Co. lost a lot, but I never count them out, as I know their JV won AAU state last summer, so there must be some talent left over, and Coach Hicks seems to have an idea what he is doing.

Woodford County beat Catholic 62-55 today as well.

Somerset beat Pendleton Co, Trimble Co., Owensboro Cath., Tates Creek, Green Co., and Bourbon Co. over the past 2 days at Transylvania.

Just talked to the boy. 14 kids will be there for the 4pm game vs CC and only 7 for the 7pm game vs Indian Hill. Witte, Gronotte, Hinkel, Hall, Salser, Buten, Harris.

Please, get the young men up and practice at 8am and let em run for a few hours. The high tomorrow is 84 I believe. Does it really matter anyway, a 6peat is almost a lock.

All the best to Highlands for the 2012-2013 season. Started out sluggish last season but poured it on at the end for a nice showing at BOK regionals. :thumb:

Scott County has beaten Eastern A and B, Cooper and Bullitt Central. Jordan Brangers from Eastern shot it well and kept his team in the game. Cooper played Scott County close. I thought the big kid, Louis Mariciana (I know spelling is way off), played well. Didn't realize that's where Zach McNeil landed. He had a tough shooting game but looks like he will help them. Trent Gilbert has scored a lot of points and has also taken a bunch of shots as he is Scott County's main offensive threat. Quin Richardson is handling the ball well and running the team, while scoring when needed. Overall, they have looked as good as can be expected. And they always get after you defensively. Talent may be down a little overall, but Scott County won't roll over.
