I'm about 100 pages in to "No Easy Day". Could probably do it all in one sitting. Pretty interesting stuff.

For those of you who are reading or have read the Lincoln Rhyme series, Jeffery Deaver just posted on his Facebook page that the 10th installment in the series will be released in June 2013. It is entitled The Kill Room. Love the Rhyme series!

^What is the title of the first book in that series?

The Bone Collector.

They made that one into a movie, starring Denzel & Angelina. The film didn't get the greatest reviews, but I really liked it. I thought Denzel captured Rhyme's crankiness very well.

:thumb: Thanks, Randy! I'm going to start reserving them, preferably large print.

^ No problem. You won't be disappointed. I know Clizzy has read them all & I think Papa has too. Very good series! :thumb:

Reading the 1st book in "The Malazan Book of the Fallen" series, "Gardens of the Moon". Was recommended to me by the bookstore when I asked for something similar to Game of Thrones. Very complex characters and storyline, so far I like it. There are 11 books in the series, so got a long ways to go.

How did you reading into this series go? I got through Memories of Ice and gave up. I couldn't deal with 0 character building. You should try a book called The Way of Kings. Best book I've ever read. One of the highest rated books I've seen on Goodreads and Amazon. Its written by Brandon Sanderson who finished the Wheel of Time series. He is starting his own epic fantasy series and if he continues what he started in this book, it will pass ASOIAF.

Right now I am reading TheHobbit, A Blaze of Glory ,The Secret of Chimneys and No Easy Day ,all on my Nook Tablet

Just started to re-read The Hobbit myself. Movie comes out in less than two months and decided to give it another read.

You two talking about re-reading The Hobbit inspired an avatar change. I read The Lord of the Rings right around Christmas every year and I read The Hobbit once out of about every three years. I'm looking forward to the movie and I'm sure I'll read it this year before the movie comes out.

You mean three movies . Peter Jackson is killing it.

The Light Between Oceans by ML Stedman

I'm in re-reading mode, too. Reading "Free to Choose: A Personal Statement" by Milton and Rose Friedman. This my 3rd time. It's been about ten years since I last read it. Fascinating stuff and still relavent.
