June 5, 201214 yr Good comeback by the Spurs, but OKC was just too much tonight. Harden's shot was enormous. Don't have any issues with the Spurs going for the tie, but I'd like to think you can get a better look than that. I have a hard time imagining San Antonio winning @ OKC. That place will be an absolute zoo Wednesday night. Should be fun to watch.
June 5, 201214 yr How are the Celtics or Heat going to beat either one of these teams? Anything is possible with two of the best players in the league on your team. Who would you rather have? Wade/Lebron or Westbrook/Durant? No one, and I mean no one, despises Wade more than I do but I'd definitely take Wade/Lebron over Westbrook/Durant. Westbrook is always a candidate to go mental midget at anytime also so you have to factor that in as well. That being said I expect the Thunder to beat the Heat if both teams can advance to Finals.

June 5, 201214 yr I'm really excited for the Thunder. If my wish happens and its the Thunder vs. Celtics in the finals...I will watch every game. I'm not an avid NBA follower like I used to be, but those are easily my two favorite teams in the league.
June 5, 201214 yr I'll be honest, I thought the Spurs would win game 5 at home, this surprised me. I've underestimated exactly how good OKC is. I knew they were really good, but that was a huge win in a game they really aren't supposed to win in my opinion. The 3 by Hardin was huge, what a statement that he was the one to handle that possession at that point in the game, OKC really does have 3 big time shot makers.
June 5, 201214 yr Westbrook got a little excited by taking 24 shots including one stretch where it seemed he was the only player on the Thunder, but he made an effort to distribute and compile 12 assists. They can do this if he stays focused on distributing the ball and running the point. What a freaky athlete Westbrook is. What a freaky beard Harden has. Durant makes it looks so easy. He scored 22 of his 27 in the second half.

June 5, 201214 yr Watching the postseason thus far, it's pretty apparant (to me at least) that the Spurs and Thunder are on a different level than the Eastern Conference teams. That could all change with Bosh coming back for Miami, but I strongly doubt it. They're just flat out better. :idunno:

June 5, 201214 yr OKC is in a tough spot coming up very soon with contracts. I would think they would be better off with Harden than Westbrook. They have to keep Ibaka so one of the guards has to go probably. Obviously they aren't too worried about that right now being that they're 5 games away from a title. They've been unreal for their ages.
