May 30, 201214 yr They are unreal to watch. Popo has done an incredible job in having everyone's legs as fresh as they are with resting them and monitoring minutes with the strike shortened year. Spurs / Heat should be tremendous to watch. Can't wait.

Been a Spurs hater my whole life but they are fun to watch this year. I was finishing off The Wire last night so I didn't watch either. I just don't think the Thunder have anything for them.

Neither series is obviously over, but if they are to meet, the fact still remains the Heat have far and away the two best players on their team. Stars tend to win in the NBA. Odd as it seems, I believe it helps San Antonio if Bosh returns to keep LBJ and Wade from slashing as much. It all boils down to how well the Heat defend... they are the best when the lock down.

May 30, 201214 yr The most amazing thing about the Spurs is their roster. We all know Duncan was the #1 pick. But with the exception of him, the remaining roster is comprised of cast-aways and later round selections. Ginobili was the last pick in the draft. Kawhai Leonard was aquired via trade from the Pacers for George Hill. Tony Parker was the 28th pick. Danny Green a second round selection. Gary Neal played at Towson and then overseas. Splitter was a 28th selection. Dejuan Blair a second rounder. Diaw and Jackson were picked up at this season's trade deadline.

What did he say? “I’m definitely going to go at him,” said Parker, 30, who is averaging a team-best 19.1 points and 7.1 assists in the postseason. “It’s not going to be like Dallas or the Lakers, where their point guards are not as aggressive. I’m going to go at him and make sure he works a little bit.” It was not that bad, but just enough to get a guy like Westbrook to try and outgun his counterpart. He (Parker) knows the best chance to disrupt the OKC offense is to have Westbrook controlling the game. Kerr and Miller were all over Westbrook for just dribbling and killing the offense last night.
