Phillip Phillips is my favorite.

But most intrigued with Colton Dixon. He has a solid entertainer foundation that could develop into something special. Plus he is a likeable guy.

I love Skylar! She's going to be huge in country no matter what happens. I really like all of them, although I do wish Phillip would stop making those funny faces when he sings.

 

The judges really were unfair to Holly the other night. It was like they were purposely trying to knock her off the show. Despite the save this week -- which Steven accidentally gave away -- Jessica will go home this week, because she doesn't connect with the audiance.

Mostly agree with you. Although Philip is not my favorite.

 

Hollie (the girl from England) was strong earlier in the competition and has faded a bit, her early performances may have kept her around this long.

 

I think Josh is a decent entertainer, who has gotten much better with stage presence during the show. I didn't like him much at all early, but he's won me over.

 

I'd say the same about Colton, except I never really disliked him. He's making a strong run at winning the whole shooting match right now.

Other than the "getting tired of it" part we are in lockstep.

 

The girl from MS is one of the more annoying people I can recall on the show. I feel bad for people from MS just watching her.

 

Yeah, I get that from a lot of angles on the Matthew's front. I'm only a marginal DMB fan, and get kicked around plenty for it.

I look for it to come down to Phillip and Colton.

Colton could be in trouble and there are no more saves!

Holly was very very enjoyable last night.

Skylar moved up in my rankings. She toned down the irritation factor. Also decided I prefer the straight hair look to to the country girl "big hair".

Aliicia(?) Sanchez girl had a strong showing, but as someone else posted, she still lacks audience connection.

Elise might be in trouble. Hard to identify her fan base. She is very talented but I don't think she will be on the show much longer.

Philip Philips and Skylar in the finals is the way I see it.

What a joke!! Colton voted off when you have two girls that absolutely suck and have sucked for several weeks. He was without a doubt one of the most consistent performers throughout this season. I think the judges try to persuade the voters and then play the "oh my God, I can't believe America did this" act. Leads me to believe that this is fixed.

Based on last night's performance, he definitely deserved to go. Hollie killed it last night, and continues to get better every week. I was a little surprised that it wasn't Elise that went out of those three; but after they showed Colton making his cocky remarks backstage, I lost a lot of sympathy for him. America probably would have felt the same way and made him pay for it next week, if he had survived tonight. I think Elise will go next week, then maybe Jessica Sanchez. From there, it's anybody's game to win.

After last night's performance I cannot say that I am shocked. Disappointed for sure, but not surprised.

I am a Colton fan. But one of my FAVORITE songs from high school is Earth, Wind and Fire's---"September".
