13th is definitely stronger top to bottom, but the best team between both regions is Lincoln Co IMO

Id say it will be Hazard or JBS. They will have to go thru one another to get to Rupp. Should be a fun tourney!

How will Knott co have to play JBS in the district if they lose this game? Knott will be 4-4 and Letcher will be 4-4 in district play. Wont they have to flip a coin? How will they decide?

Lincolns region to lose. Lincoln will come out on top again IMO.

I think Lex Catholic will beat Scott by 4 or 5 and put their stamp on as being the best team in the state.
