toppers23 Posted March 7, 2008 Author Posted March 7, 2008 Great game by Zack Smith 22 points 9 rebounds.
toppers23 Posted March 7, 2008 Author Posted March 7, 2008 I just started my spring break here at WKU and would love nothing more than to see South Laurel make it back to Rupp and for my Toppers to win the SBC tourney.
Region13 Posted March 7, 2008 Posted March 7, 2008 This is hard for me to say considering Im a Clay Co fan but Im pulling for Corbin or Knox to head to Rupp.
YoungBlood Posted March 7, 2008 Posted March 7, 2008 Final Great second half by South Laurel! Congrats to the Cardinals, but don't sleep on Lynn Camp. :thumb:
Cawoodball player Posted March 7, 2008 Posted March 7, 2008 Lynn Camp is a dangerous team because they put up a lot of points. Though I would like to see Lynn Camp pull it out, I think South is too experienced for the Campers. Plus, I'm picking South to make another trip to Rupp.
fireman Posted March 7, 2008 Posted March 7, 2008 Roscoe strikes again. Does any active Basketball Coach in Kentucky have more trips to the State Tournament than Roscoe Denny?
basketballfan1 Posted March 7, 2008 Posted March 7, 2008 Good win for South. Lynn Camp can not turn the ball over 35 times agaist this team and have a chance. Good luck to both teams.
Bubba Wilson Posted March 7, 2008 Posted March 7, 2008 Lynn Camp has three big strong kids to throw at St. John's. Bargo has a big body, Sizemore is very strong and the young Kid Wagner will battle down low as well. I agree if the Wildcats had a point guard to settle them down a bit then they would be really dangerous. South will slow them down and try to contain the Lynn Camp running game. South is very good. Bortnem does not turn it over. Jones is very athletic. Smith is playing lights out and then the Big man in the middle to protect the rim. But keep this in mind, the Wildcats have played well against Knox recently and Knox beat South at South late in the season. So anything could happen.
