Matt Walls could be a big time D-1 quaterback or punter but decided to give it up for basketball. Bud mackey also played conerback.

I say Cards take this one. Ballard doesnt have good shooters and if Jordan Lee doesnt foul out in the first quarter the Cards should win it in a close one.

I think Ballard wins and I think if they face Scott COunty then Scott county will win it.

I completely agree Yoda. I think Scott County wants to run and gun and they beat the best in the nation doing it. Holmes will definately cause match up problems but I think the Cards wake up and win this one in a close battle.

Clark County needs to worry about getting past Christian County. I predict a Scott County vs. Ballard in the championship and the cards by 10.

First of all you don't Know me or have a clue what you are talking about. Please give me a list of all the players that have parents that work at Toyota. Let's hear the jealousy roll in about the Toyota thing. THE ONLY player anyone can make a case about for their parents being at Toyota is Rick Jones(10 yrs ago). And you found out today about how awesome the talent is in the 8th region. Toyota creates jobs for people they don't make make basketball players. Rodney staying back without question was the best decision for him academically.

Acually I didn't play for those Scott County teams but I sure am going to enjoy watching this team absolutely destroy what the 8th region has to offer.

One of my family members called the ticket office to get seats for the Scott COunty games the other day. He told them he wanted to sit by his team and they asked which team it was. When he told them Scott County they said o well you wont have to worry about not sitting with their fans because they are everywhere. So I don't think the crowd cheering against the cards will be a problem.

Im not meaning to disrespect the players but I'm just speaking the truth. I don't think this game will be under 20 and I dont think the 8th has anything without Scott County bottom line.

Well let me put it this way. Simon Kenton was favored to win this region and was barely beat by Oldham and Simon Kenton finished LAST in the Toyota classic. The talent level in the 8th region isn't good and they aren't going to be able to play with Scott County.

Im not saying Scott County will beat them by 30 again. Im just saying Scott COunty is a better team and would win again. I just think Scott County is going to win state point blank.

If you don't think there was a group effort in getting Scott County out of the 8th region then you are 100% wrong. Without Scott County, the 8th region is nothing. Oldham County has a 0% chance of beating Scott County on Wednesday. Trust me Matt Walls and Billy Hicks know who got them out of that region and they won't forget.
