  1. One question.....Did Clay have the refs they wanted???
  2. I'm taking NL. They've lost to Clay twice this season, and I believe it's hard to beat a team 3 times. So North rolls 66-54
  3. I've heard things are going on with administration, just rumor can anyone confirm this?
  4. IMO it's hard for someone who has been out of basketball that long to come in and catch up on the changes of basketball. Nothing against your grandpa, obiously a great player. But, maybe it's been to long.
  5. Is there a radio station this will be on or can someone keep us posted?
  6. You have to have almost a 10-15 point better team sometimes when you go on the road. Seems like I saw a post about how physical Owsley was in the win over Jackson City though. I'm sure there was some cheap ones but i'd say if the Owls are playing that physical they earned a few to.
  7. Listened to this one on the radio. Josh Reed led Owsley with 30pts Preson Wilso led the Wolves with 20. Owsley blew a 10 point 4th quarter lead, Wolfe missed to many free throws to count down the stretch giving Owsley every chance to pull away, but they never did. Great game to listen to I'm sure it was a fun one to watch. Whoever calls the game over in Campton does a tremendous job. Side note....Owsley had 3 players foul out I believe.
  8. I remember seeing the bobcats beat an Owsley team a few years back like this. Ironic....I think not.
  9. I talked to someone at the game and they stated that PCC played there entire bench after the first 5 minutes of the JV game, I'm not sure though maybe someone who was there can clarify this.
  10. Hollon scores 23 in the second half but wasn't enough. Aaron Charles led Lee with 21 I believe.
  11. 1st Round Pineville Paintsville UHA LCA Somerset Rose Hill Gallatin Co Hazard Paintsville UHA Rose Hill Hazard Paintsville Hazard Hazard Tie Breaker 137
  12. They may get it together. Noble has done a great job with this senior team. The JV has been real impressive in some outings.
  13. After being in the hot seat after last season Coach Watterson has proved to be a pretty good coach, although it doesn't hurt to have a post player like Hobbs and an outside threat in the bowling girls to go with her. Congrats on advancing and stayin' alive.
  14. How are things in Booneville, I know this has got to be a quality win how will they do against the horn'
  15. Hmm, i'll take leslie county. JBS could be in the mix also.
  16. I really don't see anyone else coming within 15-20 of these teams unless they want to rest there better players. And considering Clark Stepp is among the states leaders in scoring I don't see anyone getting within 20 of JBS. Can't wait to watch JBS and Hazard collide again
  17. I would say your prediction is fairly accurate, although PCC is putting up more points I don't see them getting many more than 40 in this one. I'll say 57- 42
  18. I would really like to see Paul Green make a return to the sidelines. JMO
  19. I had a chance to talk to Wallace, he stated that he was willing to stay on and finish out the season but, after resigning as teacher he was told he wasn't needed as coach.
