Dont you just love the people who jump on the bandwagon for NCC after we win the state.

One of the best performances was in the 2006 Class A State game with Michael Vicars having over 300 yards of total offense and 3 TD's (one the game winner)

the JV team finished 4-2 with wins over Beechwood, Holy Cross, Brossart, & Lloyd and loses to CovCath & Ryle

next year for newcath will be a good year. i think the breds will win 2A. with that said, ncc's offense will be the big suprise for next as they have to replace the entire offensive line. the top candidates will be Wedding, Eviston, Keating, Biggs (all seniors to be) and the last spot will probably go to either Schmitt (senior) or Smith (sophmore).

From what I have heard, coach Schneider at Newcath went to the trouble to get help from the boosters and other anonymous donors to pay for Newcath's 2005 state championship rings. He had made the point that he wanted everyone on the team to have the same ring, so money wouldn't be an issue for some kids who couldn't have afforded one of the "better" rings like some of the kids who were in families with more money. I though that this was very cool.

The offensive line should have at least four starting seniors-to-be. The other spot will probably end up being the Smith kid, who will be a sophmore.

Anybody have any info on the breds next year? its never too early to ask...

No sence is playing eachother. Highlands and Ncc are good where they are at.

Yes, we are losing alot. But we are also returning 6 starters on defence.

Yes, the player definitely made contact with the punter but not the ball. I would know.

Ncc nor Highlands are interested in playing eachother anytime soon.

I predict that newcath will win their first 2A state championship next year with some great returning juniors leading the way as seniors
