East Bracket should produce some really good games.

On the huge plus side there are several new or upgraded facilities to include a New Baseball field, softball complex, soccer complex, indoor and outdoor track complex, football practice facilities, basketball dorm (men) and new practice facilities (both), total remodel of Memorial to go along with hirings of Rich Brooks, Stoops, Cal, Mingione, Lawson, Mitchell, Kenny Brooks, Skinner as well as high level coaches in track, tennis, gymnastics and other sports.

I have the same question, before any tinkering or wholesale changes are made, someone needs to lay out the desired outcome in a clear concise manner. I'm not sure what they are trying to accomplish. I for one am fine with the current system, it may not be to everyone's liking but I feel it is better than nearly everything that's been proposed.
