It is open to anyone playing football..that would include a current senior who might want coaches to see him/her still for this fall.

Only DI coaches cannot attend. The AFCA voted to excude them but all other divisions can attend or get the results.

This is going back but we had a great game in '77...Boone vs Lloyd....Boone winning in 3OT's.

One thing about the BCPWFL, they are aloowing kids to come in from other areas of Northern kentucky and play in this league and it is adding to the number of kids overall on teams and making it harder for the coaches to get as many kids into the games and practices.

Conner started yesterday! Football season is here. It is true that a school may start as soon as the BB season is over.

Two things I should say. I do not want to take anything away from the efforts of either team. SH has two great shooters...I do not know their names but numbers 22 and 24 are pure shooters. Also, the official who is going bald did a good job last night. I have no problem with his efforts during the game.

Sour grapes not at all. Only one of the officials should have been doing this game. If those were the best officials, the game is in terrible trouble. This was the finals of the 33rd and the officiating should be representative of the game they were doing. The first T was a terrible call. The second one I can agree on because of the word said but overall, the officiating was BS.

Did anyone watch Jeff Smith, Georgetown and Ft Thomas, in the Texas Vs The Nation All Star game last night? What did you think of Jeff's performance and what did you think of the game?

I know they have mandatory lifting and conditioning on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays and when they can on Wednesdays and Fridays.

They have a long history with a state championship and you are right there is alot of potential waiting in the stables looking at the freshman team this year and the other kids waiting in the wings. I look forward to many good years comng from the kids at Conner! I hope everyone from the Burlington/Hebron area backs the kids and Coach Trosper! :dancingpa

Well I have been watching and no one seems to be hearing anything about the interviews or anyone on the committee.....I love being in a mushroom factory.......lol

Do you know who is on the committee? I heard last Friday that they were still looking for people.

We had great in school wrestling matches with Conner and Simon Kenton for years. Robbie was a great wrestler and an even better person. I miss him!

It was the football coach who was also the Ad who killed the program. It wasn't nearly as good as his winter conditioning program....yeah right! The principal who just retired for a second time was heard to say that as long as she was the principal there would not be a wrestling program.

I believe so and wrestling won many conference and regional titles.

I went to the Boone/Conner basketball game Friday night. I had not been inside Boone for a few years. I was very disappointed in the way they have revised history there and wiped away any history of the wrestling program there from their past. Many of us who helped create a very winning program at Boone would be very disappointed in the way someone in one or another administration has wiped away the fact had any wrestling program and a very successful program. What a shame!

This is not entirely ture. The AFCA passed a rule stating DI coaches could not attend the combines but they can still get the information from the combines. You can check athletesonline.com for the big combine for NKY, SE IN, and Greater Cincinnati. Athletes from Lexington, Louisville, Cleveland have come to this combine in the past three years.

There is a Booster meeting tomorrow night. I wonder if they will annouce it there?
