What is up with this job? Seems they are dragging their feet.

Is this a good job?

Why did Stellman leave?

ineptitude.

ineptitude.

1. without skill or aptitude for a particular task or assignment; maladroit: He is inept at mechanical tasks. She is inept at dealing with people.

2. generally awkward or clumsy; haplessly incompetent.

3. inappropriate; unsuitable; out of place.

4. absurd or foolish: an inept remark.

.. can you elaborate.

Is the entire schoo district clumsy and foolish? or the athletes there? or the coach?

For info on school leadership - see 1-4 above.

You're going to need to back this up with some info in order for it to not look like it looks now.

I don't know what you mean by that but all you have to do is look at the situation - it speaks for itself. They should be further along in the process by now. From what I hear it will also be proven when the "selection" is made.

So they haven't chosen a coach quickly enough for you and that's "inept?" Interesting.

That and a multitude of other things over the past several years. Great kids, great community, questionable leadership for sure.

What is "questionable leadership?" You're being vague. Either give concrete specifics or quit throwing out insinuations.

Good point cshs81. People need meat not just potatoes.

Let me state this: I like Tom Stellman and I like Mike Blevins. If you're going to take shots at them, sack up and back it up.

Those kinds of vague generalizations and potshots are precisely why so many coaches quit or leave Conner. The kids are great, the school is great, but the stands are filled with naysayers, second-guessers and unpaid assistant coaches.

That is my opinion. It is based on what I have observed over the past several years. Whether you like those people or not is immaterial to me. If you don't like my opinion don't read it.

WOW:eek:

This should be an interesting thread.....at least as long as it lasts
