My brother talked to Nick the other day and Nick told him that he was going to Breathitt to get his classes for next year. Sounds pretty convincing that Doug is their man.

Okay, so if noble doesnt want or get the job who does it go to? Lively or someone else. Those are the two Breathitt would settle for, or wil they have to settle for someone else?

Last I looked no tenn. players were drafted in the draft. I could care less about who wrote it, I just wish he would have gotten his facts straight.

How can Breathitt play in summer games without a coach? As far as I know I'm not sure they have played any since Banks left.

Doug hasn't yet been introduced as the coach. I'm not sure what the hold up is but I've been told by many in the admin that Doug will be the coach.

I do agree with you that Harlan may finish 2nd but no way they beat Breathitt.

Nothing offical just yet, but Doug will be Breathitts new coach next year. I guess they have to go threw the motions.

Breathitt has one of the top running backs in the state. Jade is our new QB, which last year he played somewhat, Ive watched the practices and the passing tourneys over the summer and the kid has it, he can make all the throws and then more. The OL has gotten alot better over the off season and work as well oiled group. I dont think Breathitt is 30 points better, maybe 14 or 21, not 30.

Breathitt has to much talent to get beat by these three teams.

Talked to some members that will be hiring and they said that Doug has the job.

Breathitt will take this district hands down. The real challenge is who is gonna take 2nd. Harlan would be my best bet, with Estill and then Fleming.

I dont think that osu should be ahead of any of the top teams in the SEC. When will you people learn that OSU cant hang with the top schools in the SEC?

Thats true its a year to year contract, but from what I have been told is that Doug wants a promise pretty much.

Nick Noble could very well be one of the top ten player out of the mountains where ever his uncle and he end up.

As far as I know, two people has put in applications in for the opening. Doug Noble, and Kyle Lively. I know Kyle and his family and he has told me that he doesnt see himself getting hired if doug wants the job. My brother and nick played football for a year together and are pretty good friend and nick told him that Doug was pretty sure that he will take the job. The only thing that Doug is waiting on is some kinda guarentee with arch that he wont be fired after nick leaves.

I wwouldnt mind seeing CC in the pinstrips. I still dont think that it is what they need though to get to the series.

Breathitt also needs to come out of gates hard to try to land someone for all the summer camps and so on.

I dont see Doug staying at Owsley, with what arch told me he would be insane to stay. He is getting a guarenteed 4 year contract no matter how good they do or how bad they do.
