Lone Oak must avoid the letdown factor after coming off a big win against the Knights in OT. I like their chances at home but I think it may be closer than some think. I also think Lone Oak will now go undefeated in the regular season & make a deep run into the playoffs. Lone Oak 45 Caldwell Co 26

Thanks for the compliments, I agree that the Flash is a better overall team than the 2007 state runner-up. However, we also have our own problems on the defensive side of the ball in the secondary. Both are defensive & offensive lines are much better this year than 07. However, 07 had quite a few leaders & an outstanding senior class. As Redleg alluded to earlier, I wouldn't want to face you guys again this season. Good luck the rest of the way Knights.

Good win for the Flash...great game! Offense looked good, little disappointing that our defense allowed a 22 point comeback in the 4th quarter by the Knights who never quit. Our starters finally know what it's like to play 4 quarters. LO has a good chance of running the table in the regular season; must make some adjustments on the defensive side of the ball, especially the secondary. Looper did a fantastic job with both his feet and arms...the line played well on both sides of the ball with the battle won in the trenches. Great kick by Corts in the end to get the win in overtime. Best of luck to the Knights the rest of the season.
