A lot of spots could be switched between 2 or 3 teams.

Somerset and West play tonight, should be a good deciding factor to where Somerset is actually at in this region?

In southern kentucky, we can get quite rowdy and loud at the Briar Patch.

Somerset needs to continue to utilize Tyler Bourne the way they have been. If they can do that then they can and will win this game.

A sloppy game by both teams early. However, Somerset finally got on track and never looked back. They held a good size lead for most of the game and had a lead as big as 20+ at one point in the 4th quarter. Bourne played great inside tonight for the Jumpers as SW didnt really have a body that could match up with him. I dont think Somerset hit one 3 point basket tonight.

My prediction is that Somerset comes away with a 4 point victory at home. Somerset---60 Southwestern---56

Southwestern makes the trip across town to the Briar Patch on Saturday night to face the Briar Jumpers. Last time these two teams faced off, SW came away with a 1 point victory in the last seconds of the game. This should be another very good game @ Somerset, tip-off is set for 7:30...Anyone with some predictions or thoughts?

Pulaski Countys gym is nice, good bleachers and everything but I dont feel like I am a part of the game when I am there.

I know most dislike Somersets gym but I dont think it gets any better than the Briar Patch for a big game! You are always right on top of the action and its always electric in there for a big game. You just gotta be able to look past the heat.

I attended the EKU lineman camp last year and the camp is top heavy only but there is still plenty of contact. It is a really helpful camp for technique! They offer both O and D line, we had the choice of switching back and forth from O to D. It gives you a chance to work on all things. Also, I have heard my buddies talk about the Down and Dirty camp and they say it is a very tough camp but it does pay off in the end.
