Congrats to The Scott County basketball team and the work they have put into becoming a nationally ranked team!

However, once again one of the losses was a blown 4th quarter. Starting to become a trend...I think the girls also blew another game tonight? Starting to become a bad habit for Somerset basketball

They do seem to play down to their competition at times but at other times they play up to the level of the competition and play good ball.

Somerset's record does not reflect the way they are capable of playing. They demolished SW at home, lost to SW on a last second heave and split the regular season games with PC. We will see where they stand as far as the regions best when MC comes to town.

I will also have to take Somerset in this one due to the factor of it being at the Briar Patch! I also feel Tyler Bourne will have a big game in the post for the Jumpers...Somerset 54-49

Being a COMPLETE team, playing as a whole and having 100% faith in the guy beside you is a good place to start.

That is what all the talk is about right now from the fans? Coaching...

Its not that the talent isn't there, its just sometimes it seems like the coaching slacks... When a coach takes plays off when your up, that sets the example for the players to relax and not continue to focus.

Somerset will get to clicking on all gears and there will be yet another great game between them and PC and Somerset will come out victorious!

Thats what I heard, i havent been around the 13th til Deaton went to Whitley this year but evidently they are the equivalent to mountain football referees!

That was the worst crew I had ever seen! Correct me if I am wrong but wasn't one of the Refs an ex coach from Whitley or that area?

There was a lot of fouls called both ways! However, MC's fouls seemed to come at the most convenient times.
