Something's just not right about Somerset this year. I think it starts with the coaching and I think it will end up costing them this year. There is no reason that team is only 11-11 at this point. I'll take PC and Casey in the opener and PC to win the district.

Hey, I'm a Somerset fan. I graduated from Somerset and my son is in middle school there. They are not playing well at the most important time of the year. Two blown 4th quarter leads in their 2 biggest games of the year to this point do not instill confidence in me. Do you really think that this bodes well for the rest of the season, and do you think that with the talent on the team that they should be 11-11 and looking at going into the district at 12-14?

I'll take:

Pulaski over Rockcastle 65-55

Casey over Somerset 58-55

 

Casey over Pulaski 60-54

 

I think that Casey pulls the shocker and wins the district. The talent is obviously with Pulaski and Somerset, but I don't think they're using it right.

I do agree that they should not be 11-11 right now, but i dont think they'll be 12-14 at the end of the season, but there is no way to tell.. My opinion is obviously biased, but i just dont think they are in as bad as shape as a lot of people believe..

Somerset's got to get by Casey first, after what happened last year with Rockcastle they can't afford to overlook anyone.

That is true.. I think it is being able to hold on to a lead, its not a lack of effort by any means, i think its a matter of playing smart and knowing how to play with the lead.. That kind of problem is better than some, because this problem is fixable..
