Here is my top 10 even though I havent seen West Jessamine or Mercer Yet.

2. Somerset

3. West Jessamine

4. East Jessamine

5. Pulaski. Co.

6. Southwestern

7. Boyle Co.

8. Mercer

9. McCreary Central

10. Wayne

10. Casey

 

This is a hard region to figure out. There is so much parity, on any given night anyone can beat anyone else. March should be fun.

Somerset and West play tonight, should be a good deciding factor to where Somerset is actually at in this region?

However, I will take a stab at the top ten of the 12th...

Like stated by Hector above, this region is very tight and could go to anyone on any given night. A lot of spots could be switched between 2 or 3 teams.

Very strange region. Honestly there could be 9-11 teams in the region that could get hot and cause problems. I would go with my top 10 like this:

I am going on memory but in the last poll in the Herald-Leader I think

there is only 10 points separting #1 Lincoln Co. from # 9 McCreary Co.

 

No other Region had this much parity.

There isn't a good way. I think Lincoln County is the regional favorite, but I honestly think you can make a case for about 12 schools that can win the region with a few breaks.

Hopefully my boys at East will be #1 when it really matters.

Somerset was beaten by West last night in OT, not for sure of the score? With this happening does that change anyones top 10?

It doesnt change my opinion because the game was played at West Jessamine. If West won in the Briar Patch, I would move them to #2 and Sset to 3

Aren't you forgetting something my boys have already beaten West by 14 we should be above both West and Somerset.

This has to be the tightest region in the state. I'll give my top picks of the region.

1 Lincoln Co.

2 Boyle Co. because they lost to East the first time by 11 and rebound to beat them by 14 the next time. I know they also lost to Southwestern by 2.

3 East Jessamine

4 Southwestern

5 Wayne Co.

6 West Jessamine

7 Somerset

8 McCreary Central

9 Pulaski

10 Garrard Co.

Good point maybe East should be #2 based on them beating West and West beating Somerset. But using that logic Southwestern is better than East because they beat Boyle who beat East by @14. ( Obviously SW isnt better than East because East spanked SW earlier)

 

But IMO Somerset would beat East on a neutral court right now.
