Pretty good poll. The only one I can think of you might have left off is Franklin Co. They should be pretty good this year.

Catholic does seem to have Danville's number as of late. Lex. Cath. has gone 5-0 against Danville over the last four years. Catholic has been pretty good during that time winning two State Championships.

He will not be playing at Danville next year either. There is know way Coach Harp will take him back.

When does they Coaches pre-season poll come out? Should be pretty soon.

I think you have Danville a little low. They won the 12th region last year and have 7 starters back. You have two 12th region teams ahead of the in West Jessamine at #5 and Mercer at #19. Danville went 2-0 against West and 1-0 against Mercer.

Who should win the All "A" in the 10th region this year?

I heard of a few that did, but not many.

Will once again be a very strong region. My top three in no order are Tates Creek, Bryan Station and Franklin Co.

Danville's Micheal Evans has commited to Walbash Valley Junior College in Mt. Carmel Ill. Micheal is a left handed hitting 1B and pitcher for Danville.

I hope Feb. 15 is as nice as today was.

Who is hosting the regional tournament this year?

Somerset will be good, but I still think they are a year away. They will for sure hit and score runs, I'm just not sold on their pitching.

True, forgot about that one. Spears was almost not hittable that day. Heard he did well at Cleveland St. this Fall.

Danville and West both have as many starters back as Somerset and beat them last year. Somerset will be good, but I believe a little back of those two.

He played for the Danville Mustangs in the summer, and I watched him hit a few deep HR's. Very good player.

One more team that has alot of talent and will be in the mix come tournament time is McCreary Central.

Danville returns 7 of their 9 starters from last years championship team and should be very good again. West Jessamine returns 8 of their 9 starters from a team that was ranked very high all season in the polls. Somerset should also be good with 7 starters back from a team that lost to Danville in the finals last season. A couple other teams that should be pretty good are East Jessamine, have a big group of seniors that have been starting for a few years now. Mercer Co. will also be tough for anyone in the state to beat when Cinnamon is on the mound. Alot of talent in the 12th this year.

Hard to beat a good team twice in one season. I'll take LC 28 BC 21.

What about Knox Central? Didn't they have a pretty good season last year. I thought they had alot coming back.

Lex. Cath. and LCA lost a lot. It will be interesting to see if thier younger players can step in and keep them at the same level. Bryan Station also lost their top two pitchers. I would say Tates Creek has to be the one favored starting the season.
