Wow wish I was at this game. I saw Mofford play a couple of times this summer and I loved how hard he played. I thought the score would have been a little closer though. Was it close through out or did Augusta control the game from the tip?
■ Nicholas County junior forward Kyle Campbell scored 26 points to surpass 1,000 points for his career, but the host Bluejackets lost to Menifee County 78-65.
Menifee starts the season with 2 wins over Sayre and Nicholas. Not sure if that has happened in my lifetime. Rowan on Monday will be a very good measuring stick.
You'd be surprised. :sssh:
I don't believe Bucky was telling "his life story" just saying that he cares about his team on and off the court. I believe that this thread is about the outlook for Menifee this season, and whether or not a coach cares about his players overall well-being definitely plays a role in a teams' success. :thumb:
Didn't Ashland play Menifee early in the evening? Talk to one of the refs of this game, he said it was a good one, end up with Ashland winning by about 3, is that right?
I heard about this. It amazes me how much the refs have let this coach get away with this year. He all but guards the opposing teams players; can't keep him off the floor. His timeout talks can be a bit R rated as well. I moved my family out of ear shot of their bench so that the kids didn't pick up any of the language.
From what I heard on the FLE the game could have went either way at many different times. I guess that will be the last time Fraser gives his boys a 10-day vacation, and allows them to overlook a team. On any given night... right boys?
