So if it could be played at Ashland then why not at Russell? :confused:

This field also affects a lot of other programs in the Ashland system. We can't afford to have more than 1 field in the system like others.

So as the game in 2002 between Russell and Mason Co was cancelled at the Hank and rescheduled at good ole' Putnam Stadium, let's all jump on the bandwagon because tonights game at Putnam is rescheduled for Sat. :confused:

No offense guys but most on here are focused on those born in the last 25 years. All of the people listed on here are very talented but it is impossible to compare those equitably from different generations. Man I'm feeling old.

Don Gullett - Mckell HS in Greenup Co. was a great one in his time in football and baseball, not sure about basketball.

I'll agree that Russell plays a weaker schedule. What I was jokingly referring to was that Boyd had little to talk about last year.

There seems to be alot of that from the west side of Ashland.

Usually the one that's running up the score is not the one that starts the mouthing.:sssh: Coaching to win and trying to rub it in are two totally different approaches. Yes Rose Hill won the game convincingly and could have scored more if not for a little 'game talk' by the coaches, but I know Verity's coach was playing all players and using this game as a scrimmage. And having seen how Rose Hill's coaches have coached games in other leagues there was no doubt what the outcome of this game would be. :sssh:
