I think the radio said SC had like 41 rebounds! A lot missed shots! SC shot like 70 shots and Pville shot like 60. Wheeeww!

It got a little wild when Helton Hit rice in the Head they both received Technicals then Rice got another for taking his Jersey off both got Ejected as Helton was leaving the floor he gave two big high finger toward Rice ... So uncalled for... It seems as if this is happening a lot lately at a lot of games. May be the KHSAA needs to take a look at what is going on and start hitting these kids with some stiff suspensions. There is a lot of young kids at these games and they whatch every move these older kids make. These older kids don't even relize this. I bet you can take a group of grade school kids and have them pick out some of these kids and they can tell you there names, what they play, what positions and what grade they're in. And then have the older kid tell you what that kids name is and he wouldn't even be able to tell you. These older kids are like heros to these kids. Just my opinion. Good win for the eagles.

I left with like 40 secs to go and didn't get to see that part. Guess I will hang around a little longer next time. I was sitting right behind him too. And yes that was his dad. Was he just mad cause his boy fouled out or what?

I think both teams had 44 the hole game. When you run like both teams did tonight, you end up with a lot of turnovers.

The second time the Tigers played LC it was a different story! And apparently you didn't see any of the Tigers Hoops Classic and some of the caliber of teams they beat. I think it will be a very good game myself and I can't wait to watch it! Go Tigers!

Pugh is definately one of the most exciting players I have seen play. You never know what he is going to do. And TOUGH as nails!

Oh it didn't keep the peace. Almost started a war. JC returned in the second half and won from an 18 point defcict. I don't see how this is possible. It either has to be a charge or a blocking. One has to cancel the other out. :confused:

Don't forget about Mr. Pugh and Paintsville in "A". If you get a chance to watch him play, take it. 10 TDs in one game last year!

Well here is a call for you guys and gals. Tuesday night at the Johnson Central and Boyd Co. game. A BC player was driving the lane and a JC player attempted to draw the charge. Well the official under the basket was calling it a blocking foul and the basket good. Well one of the officials on the outside said no it was a charging foul no basket. Well they got together and here was the call. NO basket and a double foul for charging and blocking! Now can anyone tell me that they have heard of that before? :eek: :scared: :confused: :argue: :creepy:

I like the metal. But, this year for our Fall Ball League Finale, we had a 4 team wood bat tournament. The kids Loved it! The older kids still hit the ball pretty well. The younger ones you could see a big difference though. In 3 games we only broke 3 bats. Also, one of the down side to the metal is the reaction time for ptchers. In a game this year my son hit a shot back at the pitcher and the kid had NO time to react. It hit the kid square on the collar bone. If it were 3 more inches to the right, I would hate to say what might have been. It was scary. And it is not just because they are kids. He hit me with one this year on the right shin and almost broke my leg. Needless to say I use an L-Screen when throwing BP now! LOL!

Congrats! To the Tigers on a Great game and Tourney! Also to the Tourney Directors, GREAT Tourney! Saw some awsome basketball this week and some great teams! Can't wait till next year! Heard nothing but good things from other team fans and coaches! Way to go Tigers!! And yes maybe they will get a little respect now!

The Tigers should have won this game in regulation. The refs missed a call in the fourth when they called a blocking foul on Paintsville under OH's goal and called the basket good. When in fact the ball DID NOT go in. BUT, 2 thumbs up to the Tigers for not letting it get them down and to keep playing hard and pull out the win. GREAT job Tigers and Good Luck in the morning.
