I should have been clearer, but I think you know what I meant. The girls will play about 30 minutes after the conclusion of the boys game.

GOP--It doesn't matter what defense they play. They have played man and zone--both are terrible. They struggle playing either one because they don't understand what the concept of team "D" means. Until some effort is put forth, they will continue to be a weak team on the defensive end.

Both defenses did a nice job. Anytime teams hold other teams under 40 points, the defense is the contributing factor. Now the offenses for both were stagnant, but this can be blamed on the defense of both.

Paintsville may have something to say about that pairing.

What kind of numbers has he put so far? How is Betsy Layne doing this year?

I like Kyle Rice and the kid from Lawrence County. I have always thought Rice to be an good post player for the 15th region. However, I think Thompson (sp) from Lawrence is probably the best post player. He has solid inside moves, crashes the boards with a vengeance, and shoots the outside jumper fairly well. Another thing he does well is his ability to take a post player out on the perimeter and beat him off the dribble.
