He was North flagged and ejected for what was an illegal and dirty play.

If it was just playing hard and not against the rules why was North flagged for this and the noseguard ejected? Bush league play.

Where do you find the list of ejections? I was told that he was ejected but it was on the last okay so I'm unsure

What happened at the end? I heard something about the North Laurel defense diving at the center's knees when he was snapping the ball with the Jumpers in victory formation. Were they trying to cause a fumble? Sounded pretty dirty. The center is injured and at the ER.

Somerset's radio crew said that some Hazard fans picked up Somerset's football after the extra point, took off with it and threw it into some trees. They made them go get it and wouldn't start play until they did.

Final from Somerset. The Briar Jumpers sweep the Maroons by takingthe 2nd district seeding game. Somerset beat Pulaski 10-3 on Monday.

Pulaski won 5-0. Good win for the Maroons. They're really young this season and have scuffled so far this season.

All 3 high schools in Pulaski County have great facilities. Somerset, Pulaski County and Southwestern all have excellent playing surfaces, ample seating and painted wooden fences.

They've got a really impressive offense led by UK commit Trae Harmon. They have 2 really nice pitchers and 3-4 good arms. They need one of those guys to take another step up to have the pitching depth they'll need in the region. But if everyone stays healthy they have to be one of the top 2-3 teams in the 12th. They also have an 8-4 win over West Jessamine in a game they lead 8-0.

Final from Somerset. Boyle jumped out 2-0 after 1 inning and from there it was all Somerset. The Briar Jumpers move to 2-0 while the Rebels drop to 6-1.

Good pick up for the Tigers to add to their quarterback collection. I thought Dampier was ticketed to D-1.

I think only the location of the ball matters in high school.

My son was a very good high school tackle at Somerset but he was 6'1" 215lbs. We started working on longsnapping in the 6th grade. He just graduated in May from EKU and started at longsnapper for 4 years. He got to play at Purdue, Louisville, Miami OH, UK, NC State and the Swamp. His punter his name 1st 2 seasons was Jordan Berry of the Steelers. None of that would have happened if he could only have played O-line.
