I've been waiting for this thread to pop up for a few days now. I'll go ahead and confirm it since I work @ WHAS11. It is taken alittle out of context though. Glaser was talking about motivation for the comming year and how they felt that they were the best team last year and didn't come to play when It counted and how they aren't going to let it happen again. He didnt just come out and say that. The reporter prompted him about the teams motivation since what happend in the final game last year. They are now using "The Last Game" as their slogan for this year.

Id like X to bulk up they just weren't big enough this year.

X won the title last year without a single D1 scholarship player. How is this possible? I thought X and T had talent to spare?

Henderson Co. has an enrollment of 2200. neither X or T is at 1500 its more like 1300. Again if numbers are all it takes why hasnt Henderson Co. won a championship or at the very least made a title game?

Your right they have make due with only 1100. They also have a good coach. Seems kinda strange if numbers and a coach is all you need.

Maybe its something about teams with the initials HC. Im having flashbacks of last years semi-final game when X played Henderson Co.

Sure doesn't. We gave up home field advantage to play at Papa Johns in the semis last year.

If your scared to play on turf and you need home field advantage to win your never going to be state champs...

X didnt try and play the game at home last year when they had the chance. They moved it to better facilites at PJCS.

He was just cheerleading the whole game. Screaming to the crowd to "Get on your feet and make some noise for the BULLDOGS!!!" and other things like it the whole game. I thought it was kinda funny but I could see where it would get on opposing fans nerves.

I think T can pull this game out in a close one because of home field. I certainly want to see an X/T match up again.

I think manual could have taken out the pebbles and JH most certainly would have sent them packing.

No my comments were in response to you acting like X should have man handled JH when Trinity would have gotten trounced.

How is that disrespectful. T has only played 2 teams in the top 10 and lost to one of those. Manual is only team T has beaten that was ranked all year. X in the mean time has beaten 6 of the top 8 and knocked off John Hardin who was ranked 11 at the end of the year and obviously was underrated. SO YES T schedule is WEAK! Hows that for respect. Henry Clay is going to finally see what those pebbles are made of in the playoffs. speaking of disrespect didnt you pick T 56-7 against Henry Clay.

That announcer cracked me up. Ive never been to a game with somebody like that on the mic. I could see how it could get under the skin of a lot of people. As far as the restrooms Im with you on that. My father left at the beginning of halftime to get to the restroom. He didnt make it back until hte start of the 4th quarter. :creepy:
