Final

What a beating....Lex-Lou showdown in Shamrock City next week

Trinity 100

HC 99

I knew that HC could win big...just didn't know if Dunbar could hold on to their luck and pull one out...for the 3rd game in a row.

Congrats to HC :dancingpa Hope you go on and win 4A. :ylsuper:

^ not so fast my friend....

 Sorry RockPride...got to pull for HC in this one.

All scoreboard light bulbs will be replaced as these 2 might just put up over a 100!

Somebody tell us about HC... what/who makes them tick?

Henry Clay=4 Real

^ It ought to be good.

I was fortunate to stand on the sidelines for this game. Wow, Henry Clay has some weapons. I thought this team was extremely athletic. They have two guards who are in the back field when the QB gets the ball. They raise heck on the field.

Without a doubt the most dangerous player is Frank Minnefield's son. Great football awareness, cuts on a dime and can accelerate.

Overall team has above average size and speed. Watch out also for Shane Boyd's brother, he lines up at receiver.

Chase Minnifield - DB/WR/RB

Rod Johnson - RB/LB

Salin Simpson - QB/DB

They can score at any time, from anywhere on the field. There are others they can beat you with, but these are the big guns.

Minnifield is quick and slippery, and Johnson can roll right over you and is very hard to tackle. Simpson, the coach's son, is quite capable and has several weapons to choose from at receiver.

So they have several players go both ways I take it?

Their best athletes do. They won't be as deep numbers-wise as Trinity. From what I could tell, their linemen don't go both ways.

Only a couple of players play alot on both sides of the ball. Chase Minnifield, Case Allin and Jermaine Birch have started on both sides of the ball all year long. Chris Hawkins and Rod Johnson have also started playing alot of defense in recent weeks.
