I think it's a bold statement to say he WILL be anything right now, outside of a Domer. He seems like a heavy Irish lean to me.

Louisville has made up a lot of ground very quickly with Newman, and there's a lot of time left on the clock. If I were a defensive line player, I woulld look at what Louisville has produced lately and be very interested.

It's OK to think that HHS might win, but to say they had more depth than Male is absurd. Male was loaded at the time.

I personally think Manual wins this year.

:thumb: In response to that post, Manual led 21-10 entering the fourth quarter. Not exactly a margin to put away half the play book with a quarter of the game left. And a defense like X has to be respected enough to avoid being one-dimensional against them.

:confused: Really? Was I concussed? To my recollection we played (in order) South Oldham, Eastern, Butler, Ballard, X, Southern, Atherton, Doss, Seneca, Male, and PRP in 2001.

Uh, please. The background is that Manual fans are aware that the lighting is poor, but we have to wait our turn for new ones, and most years they provide Manual (a power rushing team) with a slight tactical advantage. Trinity fans, on the other hand, have complained ever since that they couldn't see their hands in front of their face in the pitch-black Friday nights of Schnitzelburg. Several Trinity fans have made a much bigger deal out of this than it is- while the lighting is poor for camera work, it's not so poor that you can't see.
