Lynn Camp has quite a bit of talent and experience coming into this year. Most of the starters have played as starters since their freshmen years. Speed is there, talent is there but I have a concern about size across the line. LC can be good but still have a few questions to answer. Attitudes are better than they have been in years.

Some of the Williamsburg High School people have told me stories about their gym and odd occurences. There is a small cemetery on the property and I believe part of the land was once used as a pauper's cemetery. Maybe we could hear some of their stories?

Caught is caught, no matter when it is or who gets reamed. One can be a higher profile game, but both coaches are on the same pedestal level. I will have to agree to disagree with you on this. It makes no sense why one gets a pass after being caught and one that is not caught gets the mud slinging. Try this act with your kids sometime and see how that plays out.

Does it matter if they vacate a Final Four or NCAA tourney games at that point? Which coach was implicated as part of the situation and which one was not? It is what it is. One has never been named as a knowing entity by the NCAA and catches the crap for it. One has been caught more than once and is treated like he should have been a guest at the last supper........

Look at the 96 NCAA tourney records. You'll notice Mr. Callhon had to vacate his games also..... You could also ask why he got only 3 games for some of the same crap Pearl pulled at UT.

So filling the lane will only force him outside to eat you up from the three? Gotta be something that is being looked at. Too many losses even for a "machine".....

What has really hurt UConn in their losses this year? Is there any one thing, short of being out scored, that UConn did (or did not do) in their losses? They can lose or they would not have finished as low as they did in the Big East. Was Walker of on those nights?

The way the tourney is going as of late, this is anyone's game IMO.

Don't count them out against South Laurel, L12. North could be a good game. Both are big schools but have not shown anything tha would make them "unbeatable" by a determined smaller school. LC has been destroyed by some larger schools in he past but have also had their share of victories against these teams, also. LC had about the same talent level they have this year when they beat Whitley pretty well in '07. From what I have seen from SL they do not compare to the Whitley team from that same time frame. JMO and I could be wrong. Just saying......

A lot of personel were injured/MIA last game(s) of the year, cellking. Don't let the last few games of last year form your opinion. Many of our key personnel were out (Starting QB/kicker/etc.) and really hurt us on both sides of the ball. Athletes were being replaced by youngsters learing the varsity game. We had a team that was 75-80% freshmen and sophmores going against vetean teams. Numbers pushing near 30 for spring practice, which is phenomenal for LC. A few kids are back from injuries, some are back from exile. Dylan Napier has returned in the RB slot and is looking good. A few new faces have appeared from last year. LC looks stronger and the kids have a positive attitude early. Look for LC to make some noise this year as they return to a more physical mode.

This is probably a great hire. Promising young coach that is known/popular with the community and kids.

1. Football 2. High school/college 3. Face and hands 4.Gloves, toboganns, hats, mittens, etc. 5. Somewhat 6. Yes 7. Yes 8. 100 dollars 9. If I was really cold and in dire need, probably what they were asking within reason. $75 -$100 would fall into that category I guess.

Bell is not that far from Barbourville and Bell seems to have the talent year in and year out we cannot seem to produce on a consistent level in Knox County. I do not think Mills is 100% out of the mix and it could come down to $$$$ yet.

IMO the job is Mills' for the taking if he wants it. He is a Dudley disciple and has managed to make a program at KC. I do not see how Knox Co. can match what could be offered to get him into Bell if it happens. Being at home in Barbourville could be the only real bump in the road if it is offered.

I thought this would be a closer game. WOW! I was impressed with what Hazard had done this year but never dreamed this would happen to them. Congrats Mayfield.

Great send off to these players! Their parents could not have recognized these kids better or recognized their accomplishments more than this post did, IMO. Great job, cnc78!

Over the top IMO.....

Fairview has the size and talent to cause problems for Williamsburg. Talent level is an edge for Fairview along with Line play. I think Williamsburg will score some points on this team, but IMO the Jackets fade late. Fairview 36 Williamsburg 21.

Congrats to Fairview. Lynn Camp was just too young and too depleted by injuries for the last half of the year to get much done.....
