3 players that played at Applebees means zero. CCH had 3 or 4 kids play at Applebees when THEY WON STATE in 2002, including the starting pitcher in the championship game who shut down Trinity. The following year they were shut out in the 1st round of regionals, and that same pitcher got rocked. CCH wins region in 08' and 09'.

Disappointed by the Franklin outcome, but certainly not surprised. I don't see anyone beating Silva. Maybe if Henderson drops down he will. It was a fun event. Jason McDonald showed up at HeadFirst looking like he had been hit over the face with a baseball bat several times. I'm not sure what Franklin does next.

My crew hasn't decided. I am pushing for Gameday...although anywhere with the UK/Fla game on would suit me. Today was awesome. Got pictures with Wanderlei Silva, Houston Alexander, Stephan Bonnar, Keith Jardine, and Kenny Florian....all extremely cool dudes. I thought Jardine would be bigger. My wife looked at the picture with me, my buddy,and Jardine and all of the sudden was convinced I could take the dean of mean. He was cool though....he was drinking a lot of Mickey's with his dad but was cool. Florian seems to think the BoSox will still win the pennant so I just let him go and air out his frustrations. No doubt I will be riding home tomorrow night in a cab.

Although it's not the most loaded card ever, the 2 main fights would both be main event fights on any card they are on......that is good enough for me.
