The last time the Colonels played there, the Colonels were less than a foot from having one of their most memorable victories in the history of the school. This year I just hope they keep it competitive, and most importantly stay healthy.

Are you serious....he coached CCH from almost the beginning of the program until the early part of this decade.....he was the winning coach in I believe all but 2 of CCH's 19 wins overall against the Birds.:fight:

Hopefully when Buckley gets back, they will be able to get that yard they need on short-yardage situations. They had 3 or 4, 3rd and 1 oppts. and couldn't get it. The Colonels continue to improve though, they played well for the most part. I hope Punch is ok, he had some nice catches early in the game.

Big Penn St. fan myself but they have not impressed me. They struggled mightily with Notre Dame until the end of the game. Lets see how they do this weekend.

I guess I misunderstood your post. If you are talking about this year's version of CCH then I will agree with you the talent is obviously down this year. I thought you were saying the program as a whole is down. That isn't true.

Highlands gets CCH in the one sport they can beat them in. I'd be shocked if they don't win by at least 30.

I heard CCH had the ball for 3 total plays in the 2nd half until the final drive due to 2 fumbles. Then on the last drive they went 75 yards in about 3 minutes mainly on consistent 10-15 yard running plays, that finally culminated with about a 25 yard TD pass at the gun.
