Why distribute anything? Work hard and keep what you earn. That is all that most people want. What would I want to bust my hump to pay for someone who has done nothing to earn it?

This is a huge accomplishment from a small school (especially if their district seeds). Does their district draw or seed? I would say that would have the most to do with recognizing back to back regional appearances. Either way, congrats on a great season.

I feel your pain. I am still waiting on a decision by the KHSAA in a fall sport from last season. It is very frustrating to say the least.

The fact that the government is controlling how much someone must pay an employee is obsurd. I don't care if the minimum wage is $0.01 per hour or $100 per hour.

Hard to imagine that Fleming was on the brink of a State Championship less than 10 years ago. How quickly the talent pool can fade in small communities....

It is not a matter of running people out of business. It is merely a matter of the government controlling what Americans do as individual business owners. If you do not like the amount of money you are being paid for a job, move on to the next job. If employers are not paying enough, they will not have any employees. Therefore they will be required to raise the wage that they offer. These are some of the most basic principles of economics.

I think statement is backwards. Coaches always get the blame for losses. The good ones take the blame upon themselves. While players are almost always praised for wins, with the coach standing in the background. Just my opinion.

If their time will come, then why not vote to seed?

Has anyone heard of any teams going over their limit in games? I know this usually happens to someone at this point in the season. Just hadn't heard of anyone being declared ineligible for districts.

I don't have a dog in this, but is Mason County a central location for the region? I am not sure if your quote is a valid argument....
