Wasn't Mike Key the Head Coach? If so, where did he move on to?

While this situation may be different, I would not classify a Director of Basketball Operations position as a "job that doesn't require much work" At least in regard to most Div-1 jobs.

The only record that should matter in regard to Coach of the Year is the post-season record. That is what coaches and players work towards. I'll take an 0-20 record in the regular season with a trip to the sweet 16 versus a 20-0 record in the regular season and lose in the regional final. That may just be me though......

Talentwise, this is a far better field overall than exists in the boys's tournament. Isn't that the case nearly every year in the 16th?

Sometimes I just have to laugh at the way parents act. My favorite are the disgruntled parents about "little Johnny's" playing time. I wonder if they ever look back on how they acted and realize that they are only embarrassing their son/daughter, or if they feel they were always in the right?
