If you take Ricardo Johnson off Holmes, Vee Sanford off LexCath, Russ Middleton off Mason Co, one of the twins off Elliott Co. and on down the line none of those teams go near as far as they did.

Scott Co. lost a first team all stater 2 days before the regional championship game. Its hard to adjust to that. They lost on a controversial last second call. If the referee does not get whistle happy Scott Co. wins the region. They didn't and neither did Clark Co. Teams get bad breaks, and sometimes its awful hard to overcome.

Some players that will play D-1 or D-2 who havent commited would probably be: Ge'lawn Guyn Chad Jackson Thomas Jackson Delquan Thomas Dakota Euton Donovan Gibbs Matt St. John Josh Whitaker Shaquille Wilson Vance Hall

Tates Creek is very good. They are a top 10 team in the state and maybe a top 5 team. Look for their supporting cast to be improved this year (players other than Fucci and Barksdale). Tates Creek and LexCath will be fighting it out over their district.

Elliott Co. played a pretty good schedule last year, but it couldn't get much weaker than its been in the past IMO to be a good team. They had a great run. It will be interesting to see if they can sustain it.

This will be a good test to see if how good Lincoln Co. will be this year. Tates Creek is really good and Bryan Station always is athletic.

I don't feel Bell is that bad hated or disliked. I think in general people respect Bell's program and what we do. I think certain programs are jealous of Bell Co's success like old rivals and they won't play Bell anymore.

With Pawsat out Barner got to play more and was very good in that game. Anyways, I am talking about wins and losses. Other than Chris Lofton's junior and senior year, I can't think of Mason Co. beating Scott Co. in the last 10 or 15 years.

You can take the Boone Co/Cov.Holmes games from last year and compare them to any AAU game and you won't see an AAU game played with sort of effort and passion by 2 teams. But I'd rather not get in an argument about that on this thread. Its about Elisha Justice not other debates.

I could see him sticking out in AAU because the fact is in general most players don't play very hard in AAU. And he is the type of kid that I believe would play hard all the time (I say that based on watching him play probably 15 times). He always plays hard and competes. Like I said before he reminds me of a Teddy Dupay/Travis Ford who can't shoot as well.

I would put him ahead of Jackson and Thomas by a slim margin. I think he is a very good true point guard, probably more so than any name mentioned. Although I think Delquan Thomas and Thomas Jackson are both great guards. The young man I believe will play Division 1 and is a great high school player.

I don't know if there is a quicker kid in the state than Ge'lawn Guyn that isn't 5-6. Also, if you watch Ricardo Johnson he is very physically strong. The 3 are all different players. They are all very good and probably the 3 front runners for Mr. Basketball. I'd rather celebrate how good they are rather than compare them to the point we are cutting them down!

I don't think Justice is as good as Guyn or Johnson. But at the same time the kid can play. I'd hate to put a ceiling on him because he is a winner. I think he will have a nice college career wherever it may be.

That question was actually meant for SE Bell. I understand you picking your team and think its great. But McCreary isn't his team so I was wondering why he thought McCreary would win.

Lawrence Co. will have a chance to prove all the doubters wrong in the playoffs. If they have turned a corner with their program they need to spice up the schedule a little more next year if possible. They have been very good in the past, but not for several years.

You picked McCreary Central to win so I assumed you thought they were going to win naturally.

Lone Oak probably deserves to be ranked 3rd. Even though it was a long trip early in the year for LexCath, Long Oak did beat them head to head. Boyle and Bell is the game I think most people want to see again this year. That would be a huge game!

Has Kansas St. offered Justice a scholarship?

Where is this game being played at? That will be exciting. Coach Hicks will be playing his former team who is coached by a former player.

If Whitley's defense continues to improve they are the team to beat.
