Good news: Pikeville scored 7 TDs on only 31 plays from scrimmage. Bad news: Only 31 plays from scrimmage.

Hey, Pikeville only gave up 20 to Phelps.:banana: Seriously, Pikeville has given up 101 points in 7 games. Somerset has given up 246 points in 6 games. Somerset has played a tough nondistrict schedule, but so has Pikeville. Having said all that, no Class A team wants to get in a shootout with Somerset. Somerset vs. Harlan should tell a lot about Somerset's offense AND defense. Obviously, the region is wide open.

The right has a plan and is working hard to make it work. The question should be "What is the left's plan?" No solutions or ideas from the left, only the usual crying. So DD, you know what the right's plan is. And it is being worked hard around the clock. Explain the left's plan.

And if they are still giving up an average of 40 a game, Pikeville will hang 70 on them...

LOL! Pikeville can name the score vs. Phelps. The game was never in doubt. Pikeville can beat more than a couple teams in the Top 10 and play with them all...

20-14 at halftime. Homecoming at Pikeville. Game was delayed about 40 minutes due to a ref being late. Pikeville was flat, but they worked on their passing game a great deal. Phelps played very tough, hats off to them. They took the fight to Pikeville for a good part of the evening.

I agree 100% (that's twice in two days, lol). Why replay the district? It won't seem like the playoffs playing your district rivals again the first two weeks. Playing the other district, especially in East Ky., where they are pretty far apart, made it a big deal. Now that's out the window. Bad move...
