  1. Huge win for Henderson Co. They have been knocking on the door for a win. This win could propel them into better things rest of the year. Congrats to coach Clevenger & staff that work really hard.
  2. Nothing aggravated me more when i helped the Henderson Co football team(98-06) than to put up with a cheering, yelling chain gang. They are officials just like ref's & should do thier job quietly & professionally. If they will not, then by all means put them on the home team side:irked:
  3. Mclean Co has no business playing Paducah!
  4. 7-Graves Co 5-Green Co 3-Fulton City 2-Webster Co 1-Hopkins Co Central tie-Graves Co
  5. 7-Mayfield 5-Webster Co 3-Mclean Co 2-Boone Co 1-Mulenburgh S tie-Mayfield
  6. Still no week #5 results?
  7. 7-Lone Oak 5-Green Co 3-Marshall Co 2-Graves Co 1-Henderson Co Tie-Lone Oak
  8. Gotta admit i was surprised with this score. Hoptown used to be loaded with athletes. What r the prospects for next year?
  9. You can say that again. Graves Co was pretty well regarded. Look out in 1-A ia all i can say. Perhaps another Cardinal title looms!
  10. Thankyou very much. Hendersons fans are much like the St. Louis Cardinal fans. They appreciate good play & are proud of thier team. Henderson deserves a state title just for the fans that have religiously followed thier team wherever they go, whatever the record. Teams line up to schedule us simply because of the devoted following(read: Happy A.D.'s)! Again, thanks for the comment & best of luck knocking off one of the big three for a change!
  11. Manual can play with St.X & Male, but prolly not Trinity. Was impressed with Mauals QB's ability to find his secondarys reads when Hendo done a good job of covering the first reads. Henderson will be a good team, just not this year. I thought they played harder than any other time this season & hit pretty well. They are getting better if they don't get thier head down to far. I did think Manual would bring a bigger crowd, pretty bare over there!
  12. Daviess co has a decent team, but not going to far in the post season IMHO!
  13. 7-Ballard Memorial 5-Paducah Tilghman 3-Apollo 2-Christian Co 1-Mclean co tie-Apollo
  14. Tough match-up for the Webster Co trojans. They don't belong in the same class as Paducah Tilghman!
  15. Henderson played hard, more so in the second half. Pourous(sp) secondary( aren't most of them in high school) doomed them. Ran the ball well at times, with some long break aways. Its gonna be a long year, but it will pay off down the road. Daviess co has a decent team & will have a winning season, but won't go far in the playoffs. BTW, the score was 35-29.
  16. You mean Reese? Anyway, from what i hear, Henderson simply has not played with any passion. This will b my first game to watch, so i guess i will see for myself. Im sure Daviess Co is chompin at the bit to get a win over Henderson, so few they have been over the years. If Henderson looses this game, they may well not win one at all. If Henderson plays with some fire & enthuisiam, they can win this district opener. Im going with Hendo 26-20.
  17. 7-Metcalfe Co. 5-Owensboro 3-Hart Co. 2-Caldwell Co. 1-Graves Co. TB-Owensboro
  18. I'd say you are probably right!
  19. It will be one of the Ville3 every year. Either Trinity, Male or St.X.
  20. 7-Glasgow 5-Madisonville 3-Owensboro 2-Graves Co 1-Monroe TB-Glasgow
  21. Thanks buddy!
