Pulaski with a running clock...

Jabez camp would be a fun one to attend Boyle,Pulaski, and Rockcastle all attending.

Pulaski played Pulaski ball, we can't get out of our own way. Everyone in Pulaski County knew the only chance to beat Highlands was to run the ball and control the clock and hope to get enough stops on defense to be in it at the end. The game couldn't have started any better but our offensive coordinator doesn't believe in the " if it's not broke don't fix it" mentality. I think Brock finished with north of 200 yards rushing on the evening and our o-line came out and played probably the best they have all year but all for not. Brock is a sophomore and the offensive line started 2 freshman and 1 sophomore so maybe we will learn it's OK to just run the ball lol. Kuddos to Highlands man that's a beautiful stadium and great atmosphere for a high school football game. Congratulations and good luck the rest of the year.

Shew my heart says Pulaski but my brain says Highlands lol. I think Pulaski has a chance to keep this game close but they would have to play the best game they have played all year and Highlands would have to have a off night imo to have a chance to win. With that being said I think it will be a 42-21 type game Highlands. On a side note this will be my first trip to Highlands and I am looking forward to watching my son play in a game against one of the best football tradition ruch schools in the state.

From my understanding he will be out this week, and continue with therapy and will be reevaluated next week. Now that's strictly what I was told but not sure either way.

I think this will be a interesting game. Pulaski's rushing attack vs Corbin's rush defense Corbin's air attack vs Pulaski's pass defense I'm going to say a toss up with whoever has the last possession winning the game

It's not that much of a drop off imo to the backup qb. The Adams kid is more a dual threat type qb who can take one to the house at any moment with his legs, probably a better fit against a team like SW who struggles a bit with the run but he can sling it extremely well to. Hopefully they are both healthy and ready to go for the playoffs!

I would have to assume that Southwestern has to be preparing for the worst and those players won't be avaliable. I personally hope hope they all get to play and both teams are ready to go.

Talk about a toss up, I really think this game could go either way. Pulaski 28 Woodford 21

I think Pulaski will come out and try and control the clock with their big offensive line and power run game to keep the Corbin offense off the field as much as possible. Going to be a great game imo. I'm going with the underdogs to win and make a statement Pulaski 35-28

Probably one of the best high school football games I have watched. Amazing game by both teams! Proud of my Maroons in a great effort and hats off to Beechwood on the win! Great sportsmanship on the field, both teams played with a incredible amount of heart late in the 3rd and all of the 4th quarter fighting through cramps. Coach Burns I think is a star in the making and we are lucky to have him roaming the sidelines at PC!

As a Pulaski fan realistically I don't think we have a shot in year 1 under Burns but I think next year could be interesting. The important thing is in talking to the players they feel like they have a shot and at the end of the day that's all that matters, I'm hoping for a good injury free game for both sides.

Should be a decent scrimmage as far as scrimmages go. Pulaski is young but I'm interested to see how they do against some formidable competition.

It's not a "official" scrimmage but next weekend they will scrimmage Boyle at camp, and I'm guessing Rockcastle as that's the 3 attendees.

I'm not trying to be disrespectful at all, just throwing a list out there. I don't know a lot about Ashland and they very well maybe deserving of a spot as many others on the list. So what would your top 10 look like?

Tuesday evening at 5:30 PC will officially announce the new coach in the auditorium for the players, fans, parents, and whoever else.
