Mayfield got the ball 1st and after an onside kick by Murray, started at midfield, 5 plays later, the Cards ran it in from 3 yards out. xp good 7-0 Mayfield. Murray got the kickoff out to there own 17 yard line and went 3 and out. Mayfield got a great return all the way to the Tiger 13. They ran it in on the 1st pay to make the score 14-0 Cards

Lloyd has been the beneficiary of a weak non district schedule, but, were exposed and outmanned tonight. they're still a borderline top 10 team in 3a, but, a considerable step down verses the top 3 or 4 in there class.

Tilghman has everything it takes to make a deep playoff run. the lines are big and agile on both sides of the ball and they have some very good skill players and an underrated QB, who distributes the ball well. The Carter kid is one of the top players in the state, regardless of position. UK needs to give this guy a long look. I'd definately give them a punchers chance against any of the other top 4a teams. You definately don't want to sleep on them.

Xavier is a great athlete, I agree that he needs to get more touches, but, he's such a good DB, he plays about every play on that side of the ball and we have several other kids who can catch the ball and make big plays, and he's not needed as much as he is on D.

This was a solid win for the Rocks. I'm sure these 2 will meet again in the playoffs.

This was a competitive 1st half. The Tornado stepped on the gas in the 3rd qtr. to close them out. LC has a nice team just didn't have the horses to keep up with PTs athletes for 4 qtrs..

MNHHS has played 1 decent team all year while GC has played 3 teams better than any MNHHS has played. I think that will have them more prepared in this one.. I don't think it'll be a running clock, by any means, but, I do think GC will take this game by a couple of TDs..

That could be said about a lot of teams. From what I've seen of Cov Cath, I don't think they are on the same level as Boyle or Corbin and possibly even Tilghman. Good team, just not elite in comparison to the other top ranked teams in there class.

This years PT team is the most talented and deepest team they've had in a long time. They'll be a very tough out in the playoffs, regardless who they play..

I think Graves has a punchers chance here, but, I really expect O'Boro to win by 2-3 TDs..

#1 in RPI isn't as important and just being in the top 2. That still gets you homefield till the finals.

Look out for PT. They've got excellent size, speed, athleticism and depth. I've seen Cov Cath vs Highlands and Boyle vs LCA and imo, PT matches up very well against either. Haven't seen Corbin this year. PT has had a tendency to lose discipline that's cost them games in years past, but, this team just looks different than those past teams. The 2 D1 transfers are the real deal, as well.
