We had a game with 7:18 left in the 2nd quarter with PT leading 28-20. A quarter later, at 7:38 remaining in the 3rd quarter, the clock began to run as PT moved out to a 56-20 lead.

Jack James had 377 1st half passing yards for PT. Carter had 5 catches for 198 yards, also in the first half.

PT moves to 8-0 and will play at Calloway County next week.

70, ouch!

WPSD TV performance of the week should go to the whole Tilghman offense.Over 700 yards total offense.

Warren East QB/FS Dane Parsley (JR) did not suit up in the 2H, was limping on the sideline, hopeful it’s nothing too serious and he’s back on the field next week.

The Blue Tornado may have the most explosive Offense I’ve seen in KY HS football in a very long time, so many weapons and a QB who facilitates everybody the ball, it was a sight to see. Very athletic team. Best of luck the rest of the way it should be really fun run for PT.

Warren East had a few good things going early but they just couldn’t keep up with what PT had going on, anytime they had a glimpse of hope it was quickly diminished. The Raiders can clinch a home playoff game on the road next week at Logan County.

Hope he is alright. Parsley is a good player.

Early on I said Paducah Tilghman would win the district easily and a lot said I was in for a rude awakening.

I'm wide awake.

The Cats Pause preseason high school football preview predicted Tilghman to finish 4th in the district.?‍♂️

They just do a quick overview of records from the season before and make a guess with teams they aren't familiar with. Maybe we can get them a subscription at BGP!

I've got Cats Pause all the way back to the 80's. I enjoy going back sometimes and seeing their local Kentucky as well as their national predictions to see how close/far they were.

Tilghman has everything it takes to make a deep playoff run. the lines are big and agile on both sides of the ball and they have some very good skill players and an underrated QB, who distributes the ball well. The Carter kid is one of the top players in the state, regardless of position. UK needs to give this guy a long look. I'd definately give them a punchers chance against any of the other top 4a teams. You definately don't want to sleep on them.

Tons of talent,  but more importantly this PT team seems to be playing together. The scary part for the rest of 4A teams is they seem to get better every week.

Big Win for the Tornadoes to clinch the 1 seed !!
