It’s a 37 point win. These are kids, mostly underclass. I’m sure it’s difficult to pumped up for a game against a team that just lost to 3 win Dixie with a ton of empty seats. These games are valuable learning experiences for the young guys. If 90-53 isn’t dominating, I’m not sure what domination is.

Highlands loses and it becomes distaste for CCH. Incredible.

It was not pretty to watch. I like a CCH win as much if not more than most, but it was very uncomfortable.

2-4 is so tough. Beechwood is supposed to be good, but have definitely under achieved. You cannot discount the St. Henry win over Lex Cath and nobody saw Highlands at 12-0 before the season began, but they are lacking a signature win. Time will tell, Highlands beats Conner and Newport as convincingly as they have been, in all in for clear #2.

I think parents at other schools may be complaining. I get it, CCH has a ton of talent, but they haven’t won anything yet. Any talented kid would want to be in the mix for a state title every year.

None that I can remember either. If a kid and parents make a decision they believe is beneficial to them, I’m all for it. The Mcneils going to Cooper worked out pretty well for everyone.

This whole thread reeks of nonsense. The coach is good, the players are good, the team is good, not great yet. Parents are actually supportive. This is fake news.

C’mon man. I like Highlands, NCC, Beechwood and even over achieving Newport, but it’s undeniable: 1. CCH 2. Highlands, Beechwood, NCC (Healthy)

Complete dismantling. NCC will be a problem for anyone else in the 9th when healthy. Just too many injuries right now.

I don’t foresee any scenario in which Newcath wins.

Turns out that the Holy across schedule is brutal so far. Better than expected Highlands and Brossart, Oldham and CCH right out of the gate. Hopefully some valuable experience for later in the season.

Have to agree. I like Highlands a lot, but their best win is against Brossart. It’s a little premature to have them challenging CCH at this point.

The statement was made that the best player on the floor was not wearing red and white. The question was raised as to who was the best player. You are sticking to the “Ricky Bobby, with all due respect approach” by saying it’s not a dig at Draud. If not Draud, then who on the floor for Cooper last night is a better player?
