That makes sense now about the frequent Vacancies...I know the Coach before Brad Lawson resigned because he took an administration position (principal within the system I think).

Just an opinion about being great...however, I think it would be a great job because of the resources that surround the school. From what I can tell they seem to support the program. I know they used to have a full time strength coach. Basketball is king there, so maybe there is some behind the scenes politics that we don't know about.

Calloway County head football coach position has been open for a month. The previous coach went 0-10 this past year...however in 2016 went 7-3. Why leave after one bad season? Why has this job come open 3 times in the last 7 years? It seems to me that this job should be a great job to have. What do you guys think? Who is in the running for the position?

You are correct, no one asked...this is forum where we get to state opinions about topics posted, so I posted mine...back to the topic I'm sure a police record for any coach who had possession of drugs, public intoxication, etc. is more than enough for any school system to determine not to hire back this person. Is this factual about what he was charged for or something I read?

WOW...I'm surprised you would want someone back that was arrested...not someone I would want my son playing for.

7 man crews in the state championship and still didn't seem very on top of things in the games the last couple of days. Not sure how to keep accountability but it's not happening in the state of Kentucky.

The last sentence is all we got when a player got ejected and it was appealed...surprised you got that big of a response. Frustrating to say the least either way.

This will be a barn burner...its a different game when T plays X.

I've never heard of anyone ever getting an ejection over turned...even with CLEAR video evidence presented to the KHSAA...still nothing overturned...just like this situation.

Just my thoughts...not knocking anyone or any team....everyone would love to be a semifinalist. Central Hardin was clearly out matched when it came to depth. I thought Central had some great players but not enough to cover what Trinity had. Trinity didn't have the huge man handle offensive line but still handled Central which was surprising to me. I thought Central was on something when they were trying to run the option early as they had the Trinity defense confused for a bit (first series mostly) but for some reason they abandoned the option. Overall it wouldn't have mattered because Trinity's depth kills you.
