My son's senior year both teams came in undeafeted. Crowd was a little over 35,000 fans. I look for a great year this year as well. I think the X fans feel they have a real shot at winning this game. I say 30,000 fans for this years game. I also believe these same two teams will meet in the state final.

Could have easily been 60-0. This group is talent laden. I would love to see back to back group of players like this frosh team of trinity's. What a run they would make.

I miss the banners that use to be hung all over town. Some were very clever.

I would have thought to see some significant improvement on the part of the Trinity J.V. Team in this second go around with the frosh tigers. But we just have to accept what it is and move on. I hope the Trinity frosh team duplicates their first game earlier in the year.

The Saint X 2017 schedule is just slightly north of mediocre.

When my son attended Trinity, basketball was an afterthought at Trinity. Coach Lampley changed all that. Coach believed in excellence across the board, in every sport, then went out and made the hires to make it happen.

Kentucky joe, I see, the girls can play, but not the Trinity frosh football team. Why wasn't the game moved till an early starting time ? Say, between 8.30-9.00 am.

This is the year Cov Catholic could hang with any team in the state.

With the team Trinity has, and with the schedule they play, they have no excuse to not prevail in this game by at least 14 points. However, if they overlook Saint X, they do so at their peril. If Trinity has the slow start on offense they have been famous for this year, and Saint X gets up on Trinity by a couple of touchdowns, then the whole complexion of the game will change. Saint X is a proud school, with a proud tradition.they have to be tired of losing the last 12 out of 13 games to Trinity. Trinity is ripe for an upset.

Next week if Trinity comes into this game with Saint X overconfident, or gets a slow start, Saint X will make them pay. Trinity will need to start fast and go up by 14 points and not look back. If not, Saint x wins by 6 points.

The frosh need all the games they can get at this level. Trinity always comes up short when it comes to their frosh football teams. They should have adjusted the game time to play early in the morning. Trust me, the game will never be rescheduled.
