It just seemed as a whole something wasn't quite right with Central against JH....alot of would've could've should'ves but if you watched that game, JH marched up and down the field...again you can count on John to get some crucial holding calls and PF calls.

I was hoping to ask a Bruin fan that question. Again I don't mean to be disrespectful but I had heard a lot of good things from them and when I saw it in person I really thought they were missing some people due to injury or something. I hope it didn't sound like I was insinuating JH was dominate....I do think they had some chances in the first half to put that game away though. What's the deal with Hobbs, do you think he will go back to being the back up. It seemed Iler might have been a little bit better handle on the offense.

No disrespect Central Hardin fans but this game won't be remotely close. John Hardin let Central hang around by.... well being John Hardin. I've seen them both; BG is as real as it gets....running clock early third quarter...bank on it.

John Hardin won't be tested again until Christian County. The district is just too weak. I hope they fix all these issues, they have a chance this year...from the North Hardin kids South Warren was very beatable.

I saw video of Frederick playing against Taylor County last year. I saw him pick up Q Goodin full court and pressed him as a Sophomore....pretty much all I needed to see. CJ ended up with 28 points on 11 of 12 shooting. The one sample size I saw summed it up....kid can ball

JH is doing great; nothing but sunshine over here. No issues, Coach Lewis is a fabulous coach; we are gonna win the state.

I just don't understand how everyone keeps giving Lewis a pass on his team's discipline issues. If you were remotely close to this team you would know its far more reaching than the penalties. I'm sorry but no coach should be ok with 5 personal foul penalties even if they are hustle penalties...i do agree the players should shoulder some of the blame but the coach should shoulder more. Big win for the team, they at least seemed to be all rowing in the same direction now

I doubt it Purple...John had numerous penalties...they tried on numerous occasions to give that game away...and the offensive play calling is just out of sync...BUT it did seem like the kids were in it TOGETHER AS ONE, and the defense was lights out..... big win for Lewis and the team

Agreed...doesn't look good for the Bruins headed for BG. This game should have been worse...JH had 5 turnovers and alot of penalty yards

I did call it like it is; North is better than usual and John Hardin and Etown are down...I don't know what part of that is muddy. North has caught some breaks this year to win some games...I don't know what part of that isn't clear. They are not a very good football team again not sure what part is causing confusion. IF YOU had watched YOUR team play then YOU would also know this.

This is hilarious almost...North is better than usual and Etown and John are down. I pray North Hardin goes no where near Bowling Green next year. North is gritty and for whatever reason it appears they've caught some breaks this year...call it what it is. Congrats to the kids and coaches but they are not a very good team

I don't know about their debt either...but Solomon Mathis is a very underrated guard. Very smart bball player, he will make some noise this year

I am a John Hardin fan...lol but I try not to let it blind my thoughts...2 things....number one is neither Tony nor Trace is Q Goodin. Number two is I did watch them and it was tragic. Still I ask who is the supporting cast that will help Tony and Trace

Did you watch North this summer? They may be the favorite...the statement I made was correct though...they have too many unproven players after Trace and Tony. The drop off is huge. No arguments here though; I think they'll be fine but not a top ten team in the state. Who is behind them and not a huge drop off.

No alterior motives at all my man..if not for the coach to instill discipline to kids then who. Both share blame but coach should share much more. I don't think Lewis should be fired, but I think someone needs to raise the flag about whats going on.....and they did. Hopefully they'll turn it around.

I respect everyone's opinion. if you believe the coach has no obligation or responsibility to the team to clean up late hits; celebrations, and personal fouls...we'll have to agree to disagree on that one. I whole-heartedly believe coaches have a big part in that type of behavior. Discipline is instilled from the top; so is leadership...IMO

Right; blame the kids...they're the ones getting paid to do a job.....smh

When I talk about discipline with this team; I'm talking more so about penalties for unsportsmanlike conduct and celebrating after a big hit when you're down by 15, or pushing and shoving after the play when you're driving down the field to score. Not coming to practice for days and being allowed to start. Insubordination etc etc. Turnovers are part of the game, they should have even picked Bankhead off at least 3 times. They got one, we dropped one, and the refs took one away. JH is a much better team on paper than North Hardin. That team last Friday was searching for a leader to calm them down and guide them through that storm they found themselves in. It was a rivalry game on the heels of getting embarrassed by BG the week prior. But instead what those young men got was predictable play calling and a staff that looked bewildered and lost at times, with the inability to keep his team focused. Coach Lewis is a good guy; and most people really like him because of that. Unfortunately, it might take a little more than being a good guy to turn this team around. They will win the district; it is extremely weak. They are gonna win a game or two in the playoffs (AGAIN WEAK TEAMS TO PLAY).

I don't think coach Lewis should be fired. Just about anyone could have taken that team last year and won their district. But Coach is gonna have to take the blame for his team's lack of discipline. If you're not close to the program then you may not understand this. Those close enough to the program know the discord and strife permeating throughout that team. That's on him. He should have had the success he's had...his program is littered with enough talent. This didn't just start this year, this began last year, but a couple of wins at the end of the season masked it
