This is why they need divisions in Kentucky basketball. At least 2 divisions to give some of the smaller schools the opportunity to experience the sweet 16.

4.7 is extremely fast for a qb. Quentin Baker ran 4.65 at two combines and a 10.79 100. If you have a qb that runs that fast you will be hard to beat.

With all the training speed agility and camps kids can go to now you dont know what a kid is going to look like in any sport year yo year. It comes down to the players buying in to the programs. No teams should ever be counted out.

Ludwig is known as a sharpshooter not his Defense. NCC needed defense to win this game. With that said he may have a break out game at Rupp.

The problem in Kentucky is that there is no divisions like in Ohio. You really cant think that a 230 boys student enrollment should compete with a 600 or 1000 student enrollment school. It happens every once in a while but percentages are with the big schools. So yes your 6A schools and 5A schools with always have the advantage.

Yes they have another 6'6 player but there offense is more for pass and cutting dont think they want to crowd the middle with 2 big men. That is what i think cost them last year. They are more an outside team.

Very talented young man who will help what ever program he ends up at. I heard he was just as good in football as he is in basketball.

He looked bigger than that in basketball. About 250 or 260.

What about the monster basketball center for highlands FinFrock. Doesnt he play offensive line. I cant imagine that he wont be one of the best in nky.

1 lineman and 1or 2 linebackers. That is why i said they need to bring some of those offensive players over to Defense as well. You have to have good push and solid linebacker play to be competitive. I am just not seeing that out of this group.

Ok what about the defense that is where the players you guys mentioned should be going both ways. The defense gave up alot of points against the good teams and had some very good athletes. Murray is a solid running back but is a beast linebacker. JV did good last year but they were JV for a reason.

I think for them to be above 500 half of the starters will have to go both ways this year.

Do they have weight classes at these meets. If so what are they?

I am not saying they wont have some talented players step up. Just not enough to compete with the big schools like they usually do.

They lost there center Richardson who benched 180 40 times in ryle's lineman competition. hebel one of best lineman in state. Kendall RB a couple veteran receiver. Robinson DL Daugherty solid linebacker and one of best kickers in state and beihl solid Safety. So no they will not be as good as they were last year. 500 at best. I will be very surprised if they getpast Cov Cath this year.

There is no comparison between the two schools SK has 1672 students and HHS 940. SK will be the best team in NKY next year and put a running clock on most if not all NKY teams. With that said HHS is and will always be one of the best programs in the country.

Yes you where name dropping so i went ahead and threw out the big fish. That is my opinion for now and i hope he does alot better than average because i love seeing young men achieve there goals. I actually am planning on going to some of NKU games next season.

People throw the word beast around to loosely. I seen him play and yes he is a very good highschool player. Really good inside moves and good rebounder. But in most cases he is bigger than everybody on the court. What i consider to be beast is a player that is dropping 40,50 on teams consistently. Like the players going to UK and Duke. I dont see him being more than average at NKU because everybody is 6'9 or better underneath in Division 1.
