Who did Tackett say this to? A contingency plan has already been set. They have to stick with something. People are being yanked around and plans need to be made. I support the championships being at WKU, but if they can't guarantee dates then they need to be moved.

BTW, E-town could make some noise in this "bracket", but they wouldn't come to the CAM and beat Belfry. BTW, their schedule is terrible and will come back to haunt them in the playoffs.

Belfry had their issues for 3 straight weeks. One lost fumble with several other fumbles against Knoxville Catholic, 3 lost fumbles against Cabell-Midland, and the infamous 7 lost fumbles against Lawrence County. In the other games, some against good or very good teams, it has not been an issue. It really depends on who you play whether or not you can survive turnovers. As for this fictional bracket, who really cares. Belfry is the champ and will be until proven otherwise.

Belfry feasts on teams like Etown...No contest. Bucs 35-14.

BTW, ATL is not bashing anyone, he is simply making a point that the road from the East is not always the cakewalk that people think it is and who really cares. Play the games and win them you bunch of whiners!

The reason most people look at PT the way they do is because they are one of the most undeachieving programs in the state. Like I said, win four games and play for a state championship. Heck, get to a semifinal and I will give you some of your praise you all are so longing for. And yes I know you won a championship a few years ago.

Here is what I say to the belly aching Caldwell and PT fans. Win 4 games, and maybe Belfry or whomever will have won their four and you can settle it on the field. Other wise shut up and quit downgrading a program that has won back to back titles. Seems really stupid to tout your own programs which have a real difficulty come November of even making it to a regional championship game.

I like Belfry 35-14 and the atmosphere should be electric at the CAM, but to answer your questions, YES, Pikeville can win if they outplay Belfry and Belfry is not focused. Should be a real good game.

That pretty much sums it up not much else needs said IMO. Move on and both teams get better and see what happens in the playoffs.

Just curious as if anyone has actually seen the video from the top of the press box that has the sound and the whistle? Cannot blame Bentley at all from driving his man even if it was out of bounds. You play till the whistle blows and the play was run to the left right near the sideline. Just sayin'

I am wondering why several have said that parking is terrible. You can park in a covered garage right beside the stadium. I don't think it gets more convenient than that.

No offense or problem with SW, and they may roll through 3a this year, but this thread is a joke because BG plays an unreal schedule and to be a dominant program you have to play a better schedule if you are SW. Having Adair or Etown as your best team is weak. So it will be interesting to see if the Spartans beef up their schedule when they go to 4a.

This is true and don't read to much in to my comment because I am not comparing anything, but the points Belfry gave up were on an unbelievable kickoff return. HC ran the ball strong in the game, but they did not seem to want to commit strongly to the run. When they passed against Belfry they were not as effective.

Ironically enough just last week Trinity was mentioned as a possibility with Belfry. I do not know if any official talk has been made, but I know for sure that Coach Haywood is and has been intrigued about a possible match up with the Rocks. I think Trinity would have a definite advantage, but it certainly would help Belfry and I think the Pirates can line up and play hard and learn a lot and not just be a pushover. Stay tuned for any more developments.
