At 11:27 you posted " I thought their Boyle County comments were out of line at the half especially considering what they were talking about, they were basically talking trash about Boyle County 7 minutes later someone asked about the comments you replied and said. They did it in a nice enough way besides the comment (which didn't sound evil or anything, more like fans) I posted here : if you wear the Lexington Catholic blue there is one thing you don't like and that is Then thirty minutes later you said I'm just going to say it, they are unprofessional idiots. I'm sorry if you're confused. This season you have posted again and again about how bad the team (LC) has looked in numerous threads. You did the same in 2014. So if Catholic is that bad was is Boyle County? Here is where I hope to clear up the confusion...... you are now posting that them going 0-2 last year aginst LexCath that we need to give Chuck Smith time. He has gotten the same amount of time as far as inheriting a new team and locker room full of players that he has never coached, just like Coach Perry. So we can't say give him a pass on 0-2, and the fact their program has won 1 game out of the last 7. I'm just asking (and trust me it won't matter if you do) just give the same kind of criticism to teams not named LC.

Here's what I mean Guru. Last season with a combination of a great early schedule, our own injuries and putting in a new system you bashed the LexCath Knights when they started out 1-3. The rankings were always heavily favored for the Boyle County team who beat on teams with no heartbeats. There was negative remarks about how soft our team was and that the defense stunk. Then in the same breath you would praise Boyle County and how tough they were up front and that their defense was stingy. Then in the first game to LexCath it was LC dominating in the rushing department. Then in the next game it's more another 200 yards on the ground. You are talking over 400 yards rushing on Chuck Smith and company. No comments on being soft. No comments on them being whipped up front, instead it's extremely one sided. Now if we are going to say give Smith time and be patient why can't you say the same about a loss by LC and Perry? We always face a tougher schedule so you can't debate that they will typically have a better regular season record the LC, but you have to honestly post more neutral comments man. I don't mind posting but I love to support the post with some facts and honesty. The people of BGP, deserve that Sir.....

So help me out Guru....... give Chuck Smith time he just got there but there has been criticism from yourself on Mark Perry and Lexington Catholic and he's been there the same amount of time? Tell me about that Sir.....

I was talking in the last 5 years regardless of head coaches Boyle County has won 1 out of the last 7 games aginst LexCath.

Yeah but every year especially around this time they talk up Boyle County as a team and a staff only to get beat by LexCath. I never understood it.

It's a good question because Gus Malzone was recently a High School coach. He then was the OC on that championship team that had Cam Newton. Then returned a few years later as head coach and lead Auburn to an SEC title and was the national runner up. He was then rumored for a lot of NFL jobs that offseason so it is possible. Only issue I can see is can that coach manage a locker room full of egos, contract years for players, and the constant media scrutiny?

I just left from seeing and checking on Legend, I was pleased with his attitude in this unusual situation. You hate injuries for all of these kids because they work so hard and you wish them nothing but the best. According to everyone I spoke to he can return this season. Of course his future is bright so I think there will be a proper level of evaluation before allowing him back. So continue to pray for him and his love ones. As for LexCath I am going to keep my mouth shut on predictions and trash talk. I still have some crow in the freezer that I have to let thaw out for my weekend of football.

Bill Letton or Coach Perry have nothing to do with what took place last night. Penalties and mental miscues that the players themselves have to take responsibility for not the coach. Anybody familiar with the program on a personal level know that the split with Letton and LexCath was best for both sides. Not really into bashing coaches and saying that's the issue for those miscues. We just have to own it completely. Own the fact that we aren't playing well. Own that we aren't making adjustments to the game plan during the game. Own that the effort hasn't always been 110%. Own that we haven't responded to adversity. Own that Ryle and JC made more plays. Own that it's not going to get any easier. I don't like excuses, I like learning from the mistakes. All we can do is hope that they are learning and improving. Top 10 condiments for this crow 10. Concussions are definitely no joke. He passed the test and he is going to play. I think LexCath is attacking through the air tonight. The biggest task tonight is keeping the quarterback upright. If he has time to survey and get comfortable I love LC's chances.

I've never said that about Lexington Catholic against JC. I am always pretty accurate about most matchups and this one is all about pace. If JC is able to hang around early and punish Lexington Catholic in the trenches then they have a great shot. If LexCath takes a two score lead and JC had to act of character and throw the football then I believe it favors LexCath

Delusional if you think JC wins easy, but hey easier said than done. If you look at styles and had to bet on it being a runaway type of score and game most people would place their money on LexCath.

The stuff I did at the age of 14-18 was way worse than maybe anybody on that team or in this forum. These kids will learn and be better men from this. Hold these kids accountable and they will be okay will discipline and tough love. We have to show these young men how to become men through these mistakes

To me SK beating Bryan Station & CAL is more impressive than X beating a Henry Clay team that is rebuilding and played without Buford in the backfield. In this case I think it was based on reputation with St.X. I also feel in 6A Scott County has to be #3 or #2 . They punished Pulaski last Friday.
