Violation of Team Rules.

You have to be smarter than that guys. Team first, teamwork, TEAM!

On a funny note, you deserve a break Friday.

Again everyone, violation of team rules and no further...

I doubt it, or at least there will be some suspensions first. :thumb:

They probably won't need them this week anyway...pretty sure Belfry can handle this game without them.

Players being selfish, good for coach taking a stand.

Will they wear a boot on the sidelines during their suspension?

Nothing like that Keep. Just teenage boys being teenage boys.

I did a lot of dumb things at that age too.

Probably talking about a different boot.

A boot for an injured foot to make people think that's why they're not playing.

Haha, I thought you were talking about something from the Sheriff's office.

No, they won't be wearing a boot, although you might see a coaches shoe sticking out somewhere :sssh:

Real was talking about the Catholic version of Violation of Team Rules.

The stuff I did at the age of 14-18 was way worse than maybe anybody on that team or in this forum. These kids will learn and be better men from this. Hold these kids accountable and they will be okay will discipline and tough love.

We have to show these young men how to become men through these mistakes

Without giving too many details here is what I can say:

The violation is what I would consider "nothing major" and truth be told if this happened at a good number of schools there would be no thread started and probably not even anything more than a couple kids running steps until they puke.

With that said, this no ordinary program and Haywood is no ordinary coach. Haywood always believes in life lessons above football and the suspension reflects just that. No word on whether it will be one game, multiple games, or the whole season... Haywood will decide. Both kids have not exactly been "Champions of Maturity" in their time and I am sure that will also play into Haywood's call of how long it takes for the lesson to sink in.

I'm just thankful Belfry provided some discipline.

If everybody did that, Raceland would be 2-0 right now.
