I should clarify I chuckled because I knew it would get the Male Faithful all riled up! Not because I don 't think we can win, should be a great game!

Have to admit I chuckled when I saw those ratings yesterday, anyone that follows these things knows those ratings don't mean a lick, just an old formula, but funny nonetheless!!

Male's qb Shelton played a few series last night, he'll be ready, no doubt. I'm certain all of their players that have been a little bit banged up will be 100% healthy & ready to roll Friday night, can't wait! Rocks pull the win out 24-21

I think this X team is gonna be really really good next season, lots of key underclassman, especially the qb. Next year will be a big year for Coach W, we'll see what happens.

Exactly... Trinity's starters have not played an entire 4 quarters for at least 6 games... Trying to get ready for next Friday bc they definitely will be in for 4 full quarters... And I don't recall X pulling any of their starters on offense either, just sayin

You would be correct sir.... But on the flipside, this Male senior class has had our number, outside of the playoff game last year

I'm thinking the turnover & penalty ridden Trinity team that showed up at Male earlier this season ain't gonna be the same team that shows up at Male this coming Friday night, just a hunch... We'll see what happens

I'm sure X is glad a few guys from T won't be back next year, X will be tough next season for sure

I live very close to Trinity, believe me, you know when you move in that neighborhood what you're getting into come Fall, there's plenty of parking in and near the stadium to handle a T v X playoff game... Sears Ave is only about a 3 or 4 block walk even if you had to park down there.

And I know T is the home team this year for the playoff game, either place would be better imho.... Beyond all that, Go Rocks!!

I would rather sit on the St X home side than go out to Papa Johns, more than enough room.

Way more than just playing at T or X... Why we play this game at Papa Johns is beyond me, makes no sense, the crowd is sparse at best for the playoff game, always.

Turnovers are why Trinity got in a hole to begin with at Male right when the game started... First 2 T possessions they had an interception and a blocked quick kick punt deep in their own territory that led to a 14-0 hole early, turnovers will kill anyone for sure

The reverse flea flicker in the last meeting didn't work out too well for the Tigers.... received a -13 yard sack off of it

St X will have to throw the football, they will not be able to win if they strictly rely on the run. Trinity has the #1 run defense in the Khsaa, X will have throw & have success to loosen up that run defense in my opinion. Hope the weather stays as predicted which is 53 degrees with NO RAIN so both teams can perform at their best. Go Rocks!!

Back to the Game.... I just don't see X being able to put up enough points on offense to hang w/ T but obviously their opportunistic defense gives them a punchers chance. This thing is usually always close, I say Rocks - 17 St X - 7

Just shows you have to be able to throw the football to beat Trinity, #1 rushing defense, which obviously Male can do

Hearing the Glaser drumbeats in the rumor mill! That sure would spice things up, would love to see it!!

Tie?!! Why even play?! I've always hated ties, just dumb unless there are playoffs which of course there aren't at this level, let the kids play on!

In 2013 I thought Trinity was the only team that could beat Male but then after Male beat Trinity, Scott County went to Male in the semis and beat them, so who knows. The only thing I am sure of is that the champ will be either Male, Trinity, Scott County, St. X or SK, that I do know! Will be fun to watch it play out.
