What happened in the Newcath game???

Holy Cross rolled because Lloyd was over rated and Durham was out hurt. NewCath defense is solid and shut out Barnes and Abernathy. Just because they're going to be using Barnes as a QB doesn't mean he won't be stopped again, just means he won't be the one blocking for the QB.

Now that's funny. If you're seeing that, you need your eyes checked. Lol But we'll just have to wait and see.

They'll have to get past NewCath and I see that game ending very similar to the last match up, with a NewCath win.

It sure looked like #21 with the ball. Regardless why even have your starters in after a running clock has started? I mean the score was 42-0 at halftime. Why risk getting them hurt? Not a wise decision.

I will say that although the drum was a little annoying, i don't see how it would have caused any problems with Lloyds performance. The drum was definitely not their problem today.

My question is if you're up by the margin that HC was up by, why would you keep your starters in the game as late as they did. Derick Barnes was still running the ball At the beginning of the 4th quarter. Why would you risk getting your best player hurt when the game was clearly in hand?

Read the game thread, Barnes was running the ball the entire game. Not sure about the QB. It really doesn't make a difference.

Regardless, Barnes played a lot of offense, and the Newcath Defense dominated that game.

He ran the ball at least 14 times in the NCC game according to @lawnboy game updates, more than any other player on Holy Cross. Not taking anything away from Barnes, because he's a beast. But don't discredit the Newcath defense by saying he barely played any offense. Newcath defense was solid that game.

I think we would have to be very naive and self centered to believe that we are the only beings in the universe.

Breds need to start blocking better than they did tonight if they want to make a run deep into the playoffs.

Bravard has returned to Highlands And you are so correct about the OC. I know of many on the team that are frustrated, as are the parents and fans. To see the potential that this team has, be run right up the middle every other play or so is disheartening.

It will be on star 64 as part of the High School Football series.
